Could feel the tention the minute we walked in. Placed our orders - the girl taking my order - speak up when replying so people don't have to ask you 3x to repeat yourself and you get angry. Also, when someone asks for 2 SUBS and one is wheat and you don't offer WHEAT SUBS - say something before making a wheat sandwich! AND then cop an attitude when a customer has to ask after the fact why a sandwich. I know people don't want to work, but if you have a job and making money, customer service is a must.

Food wise, wish my husband sub has as much meat as my sandwich, but all together and it was only one combo and still came to 24.00, wasn't that good. JUNE 26th 2023 2:30pm. There was only two people working, a younger girl and an older guy.

They delivered to the wrong address and then hung up on me 4 times just to refuse to refund me. I showed up at the location and the locked the window and shut the lights off at 8:30 on a Friday because they didn't want to accept they made a mess up and wouldn't give us our $33 back. I have no idea why I have continued ordering from them, as on average it takes over an hour to get an order delivered from them, they NEVER have the order right and the management can t handle customer complaints without turning phones and lights off. This store is a pathetic excuse of "freaky fast" as the only thing they are fast at is avoiding confrontation. If I could give a zero and shut this place down id be all over it, but unfortunately it's me of the few delivery places in this town. I really don't see it continuing on for much longer. Save your time, go to subway or witch witch...

Just left. Took them over 20 minutes to say a word to me in drive thru and they only said something because i asked how long it would take at the 20 minute mark. people in line behind me got their food before I did despite ordering more than i did. It was a sandwich and a pickle. They didn't even apologize and as a result I was nearly late for lunch without even having eaten. Hire someone other than the two slowest sandwich makers in all the land please. I can understand being short staffed. I can understand being busy. I can't understand taking that long to even talk to a customer to explain the situation...
