It is the worst when you’re working late at night and all you wanna do is get a burrito before you go home and you specifically ask for what you want and the person tells you back what you ordered and you pay for it with all the extras and they give you something different. I don’t live close to this place, because it was on my way home from Old Town Scottsdale. Now I’m out $14for a steak burrito. I swear I wish I could sue this place for all the hassle and torment that I’m feeling right now because I am starving and I have nothing to eat. now I need to go to Jack-in-the-Box to get something to eat. I don’t understand how hard someone’s job is to take a simple food order, especially when there’s no one else in line and you’re the only one there. I paid for extra rice and cheese and got none of the rice or cheese on my burrito. I am so pissed off right now. For some reason whenever you order food at night time this always happens and I don’t understand why it happens at night. I am seriously going to look and see just what I can do about suing this company for the literally pain and suffering that I’m feeling right now. This is just unacceptable.
I paid two dollars for rice and got no rice. I paid two dollars for beans and got very little beans. I asked for cheese and got no cheese.
I am dead serious about starting a movement to figure out how I could sue restaurants that cause pain and suffering for somebody that goes to your restaurant orders food and does not get what they order and when they get home, they can’t eat it because something is wrong with it or doesn’t have what they want in it. I am seriously going to find a way to sue these companies that keep on doing this to people. It’s almost like they feel like they could do whatever they want and get away with it and who cares, the worst case is they refund you your money back. But what about the time it took me to drive over there and get this food. This is unacceptable, I am very pissed...
Read moreOrdered 3 rolled tacos with cheese & sour cream. Go to pay & it's almost a dollar increase from 2 dys ago which was a buck more then 2 wks ago. I said something to cashier about them being almost $3 each & how in 2 to 3 wks their prices have gone up 3x. I get home and they put guacamole on the tacos under the sour cream. I can't stand guacamole so tried scooping it off. I measured the drop of sour cream they put on cuz I had to move it 1st and it wasn't even a tablespoon. They charged $1.80 literally for less then a tbs. There also was barely any cheese. I've tried calling them back twice now but no answer. A couple wks ago I sat at drive thru for 5 min and no one was taking orders. I kept saying hello hello but nothing. Finally a guy and girl come out from behind a van in the parking lot and yelled across the parking lot for my order. They weren't even in the store. I kept going back thinking next time will be better but it just gets worse. The prices keep going up the service and quality of the food keeps going down. I don't recommend this location at all. Not worth it. Save your money and go...
Read moreBAD/RUDE SERVICE, HIGH/HIDDEN PRICING, NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER GOING BACK!!!! Used to be a favorite spot years ago but the service had just gone bad to worse! The cashier had a bad attitude about me asking questions like what a meal came with and pricing. Then charged me extra for using my CC without saying a word. After I got my receipt I noticed the charge and asked him and without a word again he point to a little business card sized sign stating the extra charge for CC. Even though I told him I didn’t have a lot of money to spend he failed to mention this CC charge that would have been helpful to know prior to payment. I would have paid cash if I was given the opportunity to pay cash but ya besides the terribly rude attitude the male cashier had at the window and on top of the lack of communication it was an experience that will definitely make me never recommend this restaurant to anyone. To top it all off this food took over 10 mins to come out just for a...
