I had the most absolute most disgusting experience through the drive through. The manager Phill was extremely rude not letting me finish my order. Never said hi welcome to McDonald’s just basically will you be ordering from your app. Once I said no he asked me what I was going to get but with an attitude, I took his rudeness for a little bit but then asked him why was he being rude. I was ordering a big Mac, but just the Me on the plate because I’m doing keto, he was so rude rude stopping me when I was trying to explain how I wanted my food and told me he knew .He never apologized and said that’s how he talks. The reason I said he was rude was because he wouldn’t let me finish talking he was just hurrying me up. So then I asked to speak to a manager, at this time my 6 year old son was about to cry because he felt rushed and just was sitting there saying he didn’t want anything anymore. The manager cancelled my order and I had to reverse in a big truck to go inside to see what his deal was.
I go in and he is this big scarey guy and first thing he says was that that’s how he talks. I told him he was rude and let me place my order without rushing me. I just asked for GM’s number so I walk to the door to exit and I hear the whole staff saying that I go there all the time that I’m a Karen that I was just over there two nights ago to a customer and between them while customers were in the restaurant. First off I’m new to the area and was my second time there ever, I walked back inside and I let them know that I heard everything they were saying and that was my second visit there and that I recorded the conversation because it was long about 3 minutes until I interrupted, so Phil said sarcastically you better not record my feed( whatever that meant). They were all so unprofessional, on of the girls said she would have put it my bag, she did say what just called it, it and they all started laughing . The sad thing about all this was my son wanted McDonald’s and had to experience a person that should not be In the drive through in the first place yet be a leader to any team. He has poor communication and doesn’t like his job. He allows his team to try to justify their actions to customers. This guy should be fired, he has no respect or empathy whatsoever. I did call the GM line and hopefully they improve the staff they have starting with their leader. I will never go back again and will make sure to spread the word about how they treat customers. So unpleasant...
Read moreArrived about 15 minutes before closing, Live one block away this McDonald’s is always been open till 11 PM. After waiting at drive-through order station for about five minutes each, proceeded to drive through window with four other cars following me. Employee was cleaning drink dispenser machine a few feet away from pick-up window where I was clearly visible. I verified closing time on window again, waved of the female employee, lightly honked my horn, she started laughing no response. I remained there and another male employee wearing a Santa Claus hat walked over and looked down at me laughing. I would have brushed it off even if they showed the respect of letting me know they closed early for the evening. However, As a regular customer of this location Due to convenience and long hours , i’m extremely irritated did 15 minutes of my time is just wasted well feeling ridiculed. I pulled around to the front of the” restaurant” and found a “how are we doing “sign with associated phone number. I called and left a detailed message as two more cars attempted to order without success. I don’t find pleasure in responding this way, and generally never went to see somebody lose their job.. Regardless, in the content of my voicemail, that was my precise recommendation. I understand working fast food sucks, in fact my first job at 14 years old was working at a Burger King years ago. Regardless, can’t imagine even then having acted so juvenile, disrespectful and unprofessional well representing an employer! regardless of convenience, I will never ever come here again! If ignoring customers is humorous, can’t imagine what they do the food for laughs! Heading these two will be working in the “fast food industry” most of their life, if...
Read moreFor the second time now, this McDonald's has screwed up my order. I specifically asked for a big Mac without the middle bun. When the order was read back to me, he said no bun. And I corrected him and clarified. I only want the middle bun out. I still want the other 2 buns. But once again, I get my order, and it's basically a big mac salad, no bread whatsoever. When I went back in. I asked to speak to a manager. Somebody was brought out and he listened, but didn't even apologize. Or offer a refund I voucher. Or anything? Just put the order back in and then I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get my sandwich. You think it would be easier since it's one less piece of bread? Make the sandwiches all the time, but mine takes twice as long. It was just ridiculous. I ended up going back to work late. There was no reason I went through the drive through in the end since I had to come inside and stand there waiting. The only reason I come to this location is because it's really close to my work. But now I feel like I can't trust the food I order here. They've messed up on other things like not giving me the right size drink or the wrong kind of drink and the order of fries would be a medium and not a large like I Warrior ordered so needs to be retrained or they need to be. Taught how to pay better attention to customer orders. I wonder how many other people leave with incorrect orders. But then don't have the time to come back. Customers use the drive through because...
