Nutrition Head 2 Toe — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Where do I start...when I walked in I noticed absolutely nobody had masks on, the employees were not wearing protection and the guests did not either. I understand guests not wearing a mask because they are coming to get drinks and then leave soon after, BUT the employees have no excuse. My second issue, is that the menu they offered me to look at was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and with no good reason..it was laminated and could easily be sanitized with a cloth. Seems like pure laziness. That’s a basic AND IMPORTANT piece of your clients experience and can easily be sanitized. My third issue, the counters, chairs, and table surfaces were visibly dirty with dirty hand marks, cup rings, a few straw wrappers. My fourth and final hangup with this place is that the owner was openly talking about his political views, in front of me, a “first timer”. It’s just not a good look or experience to hear about somebody’s political opinion while I’m guest in their establishment. The final straw for me was hearing the owner ask his wife, “oh how was your shopping experience?” The wife replies back, “well I didn’t wear my mask, and it was great.” I’m so happy to have had this experience because now I know where to avoid and I can share with others who may have illnesses, conditions, or concerns about COVID-19. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT VISIT IF YOU’RE CONCERNED ABOUT CORONAVIRUS, YOUR HEALTH, AND YOUR EXPOSURE RISK! Awesome place amazing people amazing food unfortunately the greatest guy in the world passed away Vince Klein and he’ll definitely be missed. I couldn’t believe it this morning when I woke up and realized that I’m not gonna see him again it’s crazy anyhow I’ll definitely continue to show my business to this business. I love it. They’re great people. Tonya is an amazing woman. All the people that have worked there over the years have been amazing. The shakes are really good and if you’re serious about losing weight, the shakes really do work. But you have to really stick with it in order to lose the weight you can’t just do it half assed, but this is an awesome business. NH2T serves up healthy shakes, good vibes, and the best community workouts ever!!!! The people that run and own this business will lift you up and serve you well. They are good people working their booties off to make their own living.

ALSO. As as small business owner myself, I see prices change constantly, supplies get more expensive so having a menu with static prices sometimes doesn’t serve the business well. If you have questions about ingredients or prices, all you need to do is ask. Simple as that!
