Staying at the Fairmont Princess for work. Stopped in after working a super long day for a drink and some food. Good drink menu. Decent bar menu. We had the pork sliders, Mac and cheese and the pretzel with beer cheese and mustard. The pretzel is more of a roll but it was good. The rest of the food was good as well. Decent portions. Not a giant menu. But we were fine with the selection. We were waited on quickly and everything came out quickly. I recommend you stop in for a drink and a bite if you aren’t up for a big expensive dinner in one of the on site restaurants.

We went here on a whim, original place we went to had a 2 hour wait. So glad we went here. Had a full meal here. Had a charcuterie board and a braised beef ravioli. Also had a tequila drink that was delish. Pictures are taken with lighting of a gas fire pit. Wonderderul exlerience.

What an amazing experience from the minute you get out the door of your car. The staff was top notch friendly, courteous, respectful! The property was immaculately kept room service was perfect. The cleaning crew top notch! I haven't had that relaxing of a vacation in a long time!

Pricey, not surprised being a lobby ish bar but very good drinks and atmosphere!

5 people one round of drinks $63 for reference .... Really not bad

Service was great!

The humus app was so good!

I had to valet my car to meet customers here, valet was $15, went to pay but since we ate/drank at their restaurant it was...

Sitting outside at the bar was pure perfection! The bartender was very attentive and made delicious cocktails. It was a perfect day to catch up with friends and enjoy a touch of the ultimate resort lifestyle.

Also, major shout out to the valet staff upon arrival! Made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped...
