Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seabrook

My sister and I went to Dunks this morning before work and Linda was very polite, she had great customer service, but my experience this morning was pretty bad. There was 2-3 people passing me my order. I ordered 1bagel w/ cream cheese, 1 vanilla chai, 1 small frozen caramel coffee w/ extra whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle, 1 order of hash browns, and 1 blueberry muffin. The first part of our order that came through was the bagel and hash browns and an employee asked if that was all, to which I replied "No, we're still waiting on our coffees and blueberry muffin". This employee went to grab my muffin while another employee asked my sister if she would like whipped cream to which my sister said "No thank you". The employee continued to pass my sister her hot vanilla chai and ask "Is that all"? To which I replied that I was still waiting on my frozen coffee and muffin. The employee that went to grab my muffin came back and said "Have a nice day", which I informed her I was still waiting on my coffee. When I received my coffee there was no whipped cream or caramel drizzle, at this point I was aggravated because I had to continuously say to a number of employees that I was still waiting on my order and that I had no whipped cream or caramel drizzle on top of my coffee that I had requested and paid for. Please only let one employee handle a customer's order at a time to avoid confusion behind...

When here to get an ice coffee and usually I get it exactly the way I want it 9 times out of 10. Large ice coffee dark roast regular cream 10 sugars. Sometimes though they go a little bit skimpy on the sugar like it's coming out of their pocket or theres a sugar shortage of some sort. I honestly think if you're paying $3 for an iced coffee should get as much sugar as you want since you're paying that much for the coffee. There's been times and had to go in and ask for extra sugar packages because they were relatively light for what I wanted as far as the sugar goes as I do like a lot of sugar in my coffee. I don't think I should have to go back in and ask for more as I've already gone through the drive-through as I went through the drive-through for a reason so I wouldn't have to get out of my vehicle in the 1st place. This is the worst of the local Dunkin Donuts. They where a good store but the last 6 months they have been very bad. I have not had an order come out right at least the last dozen times I have been there....... including my last trip which was 15 minutes ago. After I ordered at the drive through and waited in the line of cars I get to the window and once again have no clue what was ordered. I told them again what was ordered and lady at the window handed me 2 bags and my coffee. I got home and sure enough I had someone else 's food. I could have checked the bags before I left BUT I shouldn't have to....had to repeat the order several times.
