Everytime I order from here theres a problem. Yesterday specifically, I ordered $40 worth of food and pre-tipped. It said 45 mins-1 hour. After 1 1/2 hours it said my pizza was delivered via the tracker. So I give it maybe 10 mins and still nothing. I tried calling them for over a half hour, wont pick up. Still no food. I wasnt about to get charged $40 for nothing. So I go up there. The girl tells me the trackers wrong and the delivery guy is on his way right now. My husband calls me and informed me it did come while I was out. I storm out cause I was sick of wasting my time. I personally think I should have been refunded but she said she was gonna go call the guy and was still gone after 5 mins and I was done waiting around. Idk how many times Ive gone there for pick up, cause I always have a problem with delivery. Theyre usually rude and non empathetic. One time I ordered for pick up and it said 15-20 mins. I get there at about 20 mins after and I give them my name and they say theyre working on it. 30 mins later...(Im a very patient person but why would I be waiting this long)..another person asks me my name and they start searching around, looking at names on boxes. I dont think they even started on my pizza still. So after another 30 mins they finally give me my pizza. He doesnt say anything, not even sorry. I ordered pick up and they literally had me wait at the store for a hour?!?! I feel like it was because I didnt order online and I ordered over the phone. So they dont see my order on the screen or w.e. IDK. All I know is that their ustomer service sucks. I may have been reluctant to write the review if maybe they gave me something extra for free or something... I'm DONE ordering from here. Honestly the only reason I pick it over Pizza Hut is because Dominoes has Coca cola products and Pizza hut has Pepsi. Forgot to mention, I live less than 10 mins from there. I raced home to of course see that the pizaa was cold to touch. Looks like it was done more than a hour ago and the wings I ordered...
Read moreI placed my order via the domino’s pizza app at 5:30pm. I requested to have my order (2 medium 2 topping pizzas) ready and delivered by 7pm. By 8pm, I still had not received my order. So I called (had to call serval times to get ahold of someone) and spoke with the manager, George. He told me that the deliver driver thought my address was in Monterey. Obviously the driver can’t read an address that clearly says Sand City. After explaining the difference in addresses and that I even put instructions on how to find the address, I was told that the driver would be on his way. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. I call again and am told the driver still couldn’t the address and just went back to the store. So they were going to find a different driver and make me new pizzas so I wouldn’t be getting pizzas that were 2 hours old. The manager and I agreed that I would not be paying for this order at this point. By 9pm, still NO PIZZAS!!! So I call again and am told the driver is just leaving the store with my order. Finally, another 20 minutes later, the driver arrives. He pulls out my pizzas and opens one to “make sure they weren’t the old pizzas.” Really? Why would you leave the store with the old pizzas anyway?! Then he tried to charge me for the pizzas. They felt warm so I accepted them, but when I took my first bite, I was utterly stunned... fresh pizzas are hot and steamy and these were just warm. They were the original pizzas that should have been delivered 2 1/2 hours ago! I’m never ordering delivery from this location...
Read moreI have ordered 3 times from this location. I have always been a fan of Domino's in general, but this location really struggles to meet demand. The first time I ordered they took approximately 2 hours and multiple calls during a time of day that shouldn't have been busy. While the app has worked for me at every other location, at this place they seem to not be synchronized with it, with the times grossly miscalculated. The second time I ordered, it also took over an hour to get my delivery. This third time I ordered (benefit of the doubt), 40 mins had passed and the pizza hadn't even gotten started (app said 48 min for delivery). I called and asked for a cancellation, which they promptly took care of. The customer rep said they were very busy (Friday night), which I can understand, but unfortunately this is the last time I order from this location. With all these negative reviews pointing to the same thing, Domino's corporate should take notice to improve the experience.
