Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Seaside

I called for a pizza to be delivered. It never arrived,we called to ask where our pizza was. Just to get told that the ticket says for pick up. So, basically, I'm lying. And they continued arguing that. Do they not understand,customer is always right!!!! If my order were for pick up,then why ask me for my address??🤔🤔Oh,and did mention,by this time they are not delivering anymore. We're told it's ready,you can come pick it up. The Main reason why I wanted delivery,is because I don't want to drink & drive. And then they try to tell me that all their calls are answered by a call center!! More lies.....I asked for the Managers name,she only gave me her first name, and when I asked her for her last name she hung up on me. So, very unprofessional of her. She doesn't deserve to be a manager or even work there, given her lack of Customer service skills. We would order from Mountain Mikes at least once a month, not anymore. I just can't believe we were given the most horrible...

Todays is mother day so i wanted to order a pizza/hot wings for my mom unfortunately mountain mike apps was not working. So I decided to call the restaurant to place order and pay for the food seeing how no mother should pay on mother days. I informed the employee I live in San Diego and I’m buying this meal as a gift for Mother’s Day and my father will pick up the order. Employee told me I had to show my ID and card to pick up meal😑. I repeated to the employee I live in San Diego and buying the meal as a gift for mother days. Employee didn’t care told me it’s a new policy the restaurant just implemented😑 Told the employee how ridiculous that is and how the app was not working again employee didn’t care😑. Imagine trying to surprise your mother only to have it ruin by a person who doesn’t care and couldn’t even be bothered with...

TLDR - Wrong delivery, zero customer service

Horrible service. Despite being told to deliver a pizza at 3:30 PM, Mountain Mike’s delivered too early while I was picking up my kids. I called them again that to let them know that I wanted the pizza at 3:30 PM. They failed to deliver.

I called a third time at 3:50 PM to find out why it was late, and was given an excuse that the ordering system was down. They said the pizza would arrive within 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, the pizza did not arrive.

I called a final time, but the people working the phones did not even seem to know there was a problem. This could have been solved by the manager talking to me directly, but it seems a paying customer was not important enough for that manager’s time.

I used to like eating here, but I will order and eat pizza from somewhere else...
