I will say this before starting,I have eaten here 2 other times with both being very satisfying. However, this 3rd time was a real Debbie downer because this place is located close to my place and open 24/7.Experience went as followed- I pull up, I say I would like a beef chimichanga combo, combo being with beans and rice. Pretty straight forward stuff.rhe guy says we don't have an enchilada chimichanga, I said "no just a beef chimichanga combo" He replies what kind of chimichanga chicken or beef For the 3rd maybe even fourth time beef chimichanga and I also ordered a churro those cinnamon & sugar. Anyhow I get home(luckily I was at home because the guy gave me fork with no knife and we all know how we easy it is to eat a 3 inch deep fried filled tortilla is to eat with just a tiny plastic fork!! Luckily I grabbed a suitable knife and began to dig in to my "yep you guessed it,chicken chimichanga! I was pretty hacked but I was also hungry so I proceeded to continue eating and as I got further in the temp was steadily dropping til I looked better only to see the cheese hadn't even been melted! By this time my fingers are already dialing to call the place...so guess what, I got the "we are busy screening your calls, leave a message...and I did. Then about 15 min later I tried calling again. A guy answered the phone I said is this Albertos "no" and got hung up in my face. Oh and I forgot to mention the churro thing was hard enough to break somebody's tooth,no joke.I called the next day to speak with the manager to explain the whole thing and thatci feel I should get at least to get my order correctly. She asks me what time did I order. I said I don't know exactly but rough so she looked through her log and finally found it. I explained to her that the food was cold and she proceeded to tell me that the reason it was that way is because I ate it to quickly you are suppose to let it set for a certain time.when I explained to her that no I waited until I got home which was at least 5 minutes but I am somehow suppose to fall for this croc of hooey that it somehow gets hotter as you go along! it was soo preposterous that it didn't even warrant trying to argue that fact with her. Bur what really got me was when I asked if I could get a churro that's not charcoled she says to me oh you didn't say anything was wrong with the churro over the phone so therefore blah blah blah. This manager lady was willing to lose a customer over a $4 churro. The food is probably the best thing it has going for it and i just will have to be extra vigilant if i decide to visit in the middle of night but if i have other choices at the same time i will go there instead.the management and staff here are definitely on a gangsta mentality.place is sketchy at best. Would only go here if I am famished but will check order before leaving to make sure...
Read moreWhen to get some food here after the attending the 4th of July fireworks in seattle. I was stuck in seattle for 2 hours, then when we were finally able to get to 99 aurora, we passed by this place, and my brother and I decided to turn around and get some food, we followed the line in the drive-thru. When I was by the speaker, nobody would talk to me. So I decided to just keep driving, to prevent the line from going off the street. When we got tho the window, I started ordering and told the guy, "Nobody spoke to me when I was by the speaker." Then he took my order and then told me to go park on the behind the restaurant and he was going to bring the order to us, we were hungry and waited for 30 minutes and nobody came with our food. I decided to go back through the drive thrust, and I waited another 15 minutes in line. Then, when I was by the window again. A different guy was there, and then the previous guy behind him. I explained everything, and they just said. "Oh, it's because we run out of birria," we had ordered from the birria menu. That's it, no apologize, nothing. He just asked if we wanted something else, and I said, "I just want my money back." they gave it to me, but again, no apology, nothing. I understand mistakes happen. We're humans, but what's up with the attitude and not even having the humbleness to apologize. Oh, my brother ordered a hibiscus drink, and they gave it to us right away when we made our order. They still gave us our whole money back. I guess that's the way they say, "I'm sorry for all the inconveniences, and thank you for your...
Read moreI had 2 bad experiences here. I really wanted to like this place but I won’t return. The young man at the window was being very rude because I wanted a birria taco with cheese. Mind you the first time we came they made it with cheese and it even shows cheese on the picture on the menu. He proceeded to try to upsell me with a quesaburrito that’s $6 more than the birria taco. I was nice throughout the conversation up until the end. We had to immediately turn around because they didn’t add cheese but charged me for it. I get to the window, nicely explained things and he was trying to be a smart Alec. He proceeded to close the window and the staff was laughing non stop as he explained it to them what was going on. Funny thing is I speak Spanish so I am well aware of what was being said. Next time use sign language and then your back because yes some black Americans know Spanish like myself. Also switching languages to talk about customers is terrible. Everyone is well aware that people switch languages to talk trash. If you can speak that boldly about your customers you don’t need to have a job. I will contact whoever I need to make sure you no longer have a job. The meat also was dry...
