Burger King — Restaurant in Seattle

Went with 5 stars... they've def stepped their game up! Still not too friendly at night, but it's the neighborhood... not the restaurant...

I go to this BK 3 or more times a week during the lunch hours... 5 star service everytime. I go here 1 time at 9:45-ish at night and get some of the worst service and horrible BK I've ever gotten... and I used to frequent the MLK/Rainier one all the time, js... I get to the parking lot and the dope feinds are bad, real bad. Then at the box i didnt even know if it was open and almost drove off until someone said 'Uh. What? Can I help you?" There were no drive thru lights, no lights foreseeable through the drive thru window and the order screen was broken. The milkshake was literally milk & flavor on the bottom (and it was vanilla smh) and soft serve in top..no mixing required? Ok. And my original chicken sandwich was obviously from dinner rush, even the bun was stale as if it was toasted hours ago. I will say, I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 because of the daytime crew. Management needs to get it together. The light skinned round man leaves alot to be desired and avery bad taste in your mouth on the night crew. The short lady in the day makes up for EVERY experience I've ever had...

Again with the fake comments I've been to this dive on Aurora Ave and the last time I was in here I felt rushed and like we r all cows heard them in get them out asap.The burgar I order was sloppy and mushy I ask for light on the sauce and extra pickle the meat was not cooked all the way threw and when I ask for no salt it's like I got extra I took one bite of burgar and French fries and had to spit it out the meat tasted as if it sat out to long before putting it away it had a very tainted taste I took my food up and ask for remake the young girl behind counter said can't u c we r very busy u may have to wait 15 minutes or more I was very devastated to here this from her I said well then instead I will take a refund she said only management could do a refund and my manager is out today call tomorrow and talk with manager that's crazy I said forget it I won't worry about the losy 10 bucks it cost for such a gross meal .Burgar king use to be very good when they 1st opened but now they hire young kids that just dont care what type of food quality they put out.I havnt been back since .I don't recommend this place to anyone but there r other fast food that I...

This is literally the worst fast food place to go in the area. They take FOREVER to do anything, and the employees act like they don’t want to be there. I was charged more than what the sign said, I had to wait about 15 mins in line for 1 car, and when I said what price was on the sign the manager said I was wrong. So the manager working the shift before 3:30 on Thursday April 25th is really not a very nice person, and she clearly doesn’t care about the customer being happy... This is just gross. No customer service. I’ve had more than enough issues with this store now, that I’ll be contacting your corporate office about your store. And to top EVERYTHING off, the burgers I got were slapped together with cheese on one side and onion rings on the other. Gross. Gross. Gross. If you want to go to Burger King, DO NOT USE THIS ONE! NOT EVEN WORTH A COUPLE BUCKS! Oh and the girl at the window during the shift didn’t need to roll her eyes as much as she did either. Hire people who are going to make people want to return, not boycott it and make it public...
