Such a hidden gem! Choca Coffee & Tea just opened recently, and I’m honestly so happy I stumbled across it. I tried their pistachio oat milk coffee and… wow. It’s creamy, nutty, just the right amount of sweet—really different from the usual and super tasty. The vibe is great too—cozy, with plenty of space to sit and get work done or just chill. I’ve already bookmarked it as a go-to study spot. The baristas were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for something new in Seattle with good coffee and good energy, definitely check this place out. I’ll be back for sure!

Chaco replaced the previous boba place, Milkvue. It's definitely a hidden gem in a touristy area. We got an iced jasmine matcha latte and an amber drift latte. Both were very good, not too sweet at all, even without any adjustments. They had little samples of different drinks and were kind enough to explain the different teas. The atmosphere was also quite calming. The music wasn't too loud, making it a great place to work. One thing to keep in mind is that they’re largely a tea house so their pastry options are very limited and honestly didn’t look too great. edit: The coconut Lavendar matcha was definitely not for me

I got the Jasmine Silk latte and my mom got a regular latte (they were both really good, but i’d personally get the jasmine latte or any of the other more specialized drinks that they offer). They gave us free samples to try before entering and did their best at helping us with all the questions we had about the menu. The staff was lovely, and the food and drinks were tasty and refreshing! The atmosphere overall is chill and the store is located in a good spot of the city. Totally recommended!

Absolutely phenomenal spot! The pastries are next-level, the pain au chocolat is light, buttery, and perfectly flaky, and they’ll even warm it up for you (which takes it over the top). The pistachio latte is rich and nutty, and the Amber Drift… wow. INSANELY delicious; smooth, balanced, and full of flavor. ☕🥐

It’s right by the Space Needle, yet tucked away enough that you avoid the big tourist crowds. Peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. They have clean bathrooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and plenty of cozy seating which is ideal whether you’re catching up on work or just savoring your coffee.

If you’re in Seattle and want a calm cafe with top-tier drinks and pastries, Chaco is a must-visit. Friendly service, warm atmosphere, and treats that will make you want to come...

I was so obsessed with this cafe during their soft launch. I order a coconut water with matcha foam (i had it during the soft launch and loved it!) i saw the barista making it with coconut milk (due to miscommunication from the front person) and stopped him before he put the matcha in, he made it with regular matcha (not foam) and the matcha tasted bitter (probably because the water was too hot). I dropped the cup because the lid wasnt closed all the way and i couldnt go back because I was on my lunch from work. I ordered mochi donuts and was given the ones in the display window that were old and hard. Disappinted to say the least, giving it a 3 stars because i loved the drinks...
