My wife and I loved our visit to the space needle and the gift store is awesome too, but this 5-star review is dedicated to the manager of the gift store, Cliff. We were visiting Seattle from Texas, and my wife bought a coffee mug at the store that she absolutely loved until it was damaged in the dishwasher. I noticed the coffee mug was not on the online store, so I emailed Cliff, and he helped me out and shipped a replacement mug to Texas when they were back in stock. It is very rare these days to have a positive customer service experience, so I wanted to shout out Cliff and the staff at the gift center for going the extra mile! If you ever wanted to know how many items it was possible to make in the approximate shape of the Space Needle, or how many items you could put a Space Needle stamp on - this is the perfect place to go. Oh and don't forget 60s themed Space Needle memorabilia. Theres a LOT of 60s themed Space Needle memorabilia, you will not forget that the Space Needle was built in the 60s simply having walked around the gift shop.

This is also the only place that I visited in Seattle that really had Space Needle memorabilia.
