I would like to first state that I am a past Chipotle employee at another location, and before I worked at one, I used to visit Chipotle a lot during lunch hours and, after i quit Chipotle, I came back a few times to eat there again. The experience from before was great. I came during the rush hour, and the employees were great, everything looked clean and organized. They went by fast smoothly and my food always came out great. They listened well often to my orders. But the after scene, I came back for Chipotle, and each time I came, I have noticed a new staff, everything is a mess around the food and everything is mixing together. When I worked at Chipotle, it was understood and taught that people have allergies, and we must ensure not to mix up each item in case someone was allergic to an certain ingredient. Especially those that are allergic to gluten. But at this location, everything was mixing, nothing was clean, it was a mess. The employees looked like they did not care about the costumers, they just wanted to get it over with. You say what you want, and they don't seem to pay attention. I keep missing certain elements that I would choose to go into my meal, and today, on 4/18/19, between 12pm and 12:20pm, not only did they not put the food in the right order, because they were not listening. They missed certain elements I had chosen, they gave me a bag of chips that was meant for the person in front of me. And I ended up paying for it. They had forgotten my sides. And not only were the food counters messy, but everything they touched ended up covering everything with food finger prints. It wasn't pleasant to look at. Two guys were at the cashier. It seemed like they were talking more with each other, rather then focusing on the costumers. Apparently, one costumers ahead of me was disappointing with their result and instead the employees gave the man his food for free to just shut him up. So I didn't get everything I asked for, I was missing a side, and ended up paying for a costumers order. The two guys who looked like they could be twins, did not tell me how much my items costed. I gave my card to them to pay and suddenly I had a bag of chips in my order. I was confused, I thought they made an accident, so I gave the person in front of me what they ordered instead. I didn't want to cause a problem as this was a rush hour. Instead, I decided to write a review so this can be made clear for everyone else, and hoping a manager sees this. Honestly, I was ready to jump into the back and teach the employees how everything should be done. I had a very strict manager, and I made sure everything was done well, cause this manager of mine would get incredibly upset over everything. But the way I presented my food, I made it like an art for the costumers. Because we eat with our eyes first, the meal should look organized, well, beautiful. And its so easy, even if their is a rush, take your time to show that each costumer is important. Food was being contaminated as they were being mixed around. This is a serious situation. I don't think I will be coming back to this location again, as I have been since 2017. If I am offered a free meal as for an apology, I'd rather make it myself thank you very much. Because I know how to do it right. And one more thing, when I had ordered guac, I found a whole seed of an avocado, i couldn't believe that I paid for a seed, and I barely had gotten half the amount of quac. Please pay attention to what you...
Read moreMy husband and I went their on Friday October 25th around 245pm and had the WORST experience. When we got their we noticed a sign on glass near food line that said they are out of, plastic forks, carne asada, brown rice etc.... my husband ordered a double meat bowl and as I went to order my burrito the guy making my order was far from friendly, I asked for fajitas (onions & bell peppers) there was hardly any in the container so he grabbed some with spoon and shook half spoon off and put 4 onions on it, he then asked what kind of rice, I said white rice please and he immediately said, “we are out” then another employee cut him off and said they did have some coming, I waited... then he asked what meat and I said chicken, he looked in chicken container and said it would be 10 minutes before chicken comes out, I said i didn’t mind waiting and then another employee asked him to come to the back and when he came back he came with a tiny ramekin of chicken cubes, I could count it with such ease, THERE WERE 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN CUBES!!! He then passed it to another guy next to him so I asked guy, “is that all I get for a full order of only chicken...? He starred me down and did not answer me. I stopped and asked my husband to look, maybe I was just hallucinating on how much chicken was on my burrito, and without even getting a chance to ask him actual question he saw that barley had any chicken and said, “are u going to put note chicken on that” and guy said, “no”. We asked to speak to a manager right then and their and she happen to be right at register, my husband then goes to explain that that little chicken is not even a portion of what he got, she didn’t say NOTHING, then, the guy that helped me screams out (IN FRONT OF MANAGER), “SHE SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MORE MEAT!!!” manager, doesn’t even ask him to stop talking nor to ton his voice down!!! I then tell my husband to just forget it, to pay for his burrito and let’s go. I asked for managers name to make sure corporate gets the info (MANAGERS NAME: LENORA) and hopefully does something about this horrible experience/customer service, because my husband works in downtown and goes to this chipotle location multiple times a...
Read moreChipotle is always one of my favorite places to eat because I know what I'm getting no matter where I am in the country. I came here on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. Parking was not easy to get. I ended up parking across the street in a paid parking spot. I had my daughter sit in the driver’s seat in case someone came to ticket my rental car. I didn't feel it was worth paying for parking when I only planned to be in & out in less than 10 minutes.
When I walked in the door, the store wasn't very packed, only about 5 people waiting in line. The line moved very quickly. I ordered a steak burrito, kids quesadilla, and Veggie salad bowl. When I told the man at the tortilla station that I wanted a kids quesadilla meal, another man yelled towards me ½ way from the other side of the room that it was going to be a 15–20 minute wait on the Quesadilla. I said back to him “Really, for a kid’s meal?”, he said… “Oh, I thought you wanted a regular Quesadilla”. The other man started working on my order again, he was extremely light on the lettuce for my salad. When I asked him for more lettuce, he scoffed at me. For goodness sake, it’s a salad I thought to myself, it’s not like I asked for more meat or anything. When it came to the toppings for my salad, he literally only put a couple of slivers of peppers and onions on it. I asked for more veggies, and again he scoffed at me. I have no clue why he was being so limited on the toppings, he acted as if the cost of the food was coming directly out of his own pockets or something. After my food was prepared, a woman rang up my order, I asked her for some vinaigrette dressing for my salad, and all she said back to me was “No, we don’t have that stuff here”, then she asked me if I wanted a bag for my food.
The food was hot and fresh, everything tasted as expected. Customer service was poor, but the food was good, so I was a...
