My wife and I went online and made an order to go. The website said it would be a 20 minuet wait.
To pass the time we went to the store near by and then walked from there to this Chipotle location.
When we arrived, approximately 30 minuets later, we noticed that there was a pickup sign that indicated we were to wait there so that's exactly what we did.
Nobody welcomed us or said anything to us until the other 10 people in line were helped and most of them were eating by that time. The girl at the register, who had repeatedly glared up at us while we patiently waited for at least 15 minuets, finally said "Are you here to pick up an order?" We said "Yes". She then she looked to the other employees and asked them to make our order which we recieved about 10 minuets later.
How is this acceptable? We ordered food online because it was advertised that we would be given our food immediately upon arrival after a 20 minuet wait. Instead we waited nearly an hour for something that should have taken 20 minuets just like the website said.
The food was good but the service was unacceptable.
We will not be returning to this location, which is sad because we live right across the street. We will be sure to let other know not to go here unless one doesn't mind waiting an hour for two burritos...

On two separate occasions, I noticed I was overcharged for my meal. The first time, I chose not to say anything. However, when I realized the overcharge happened again, I decided to bring it up. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff members laughed and didn’t take me seriously at all. This was both disrespectful and unprofessional.
Feeling unheard and frustrated, I requested to speak with the manager. However, by that time, I was so disappointed that I ended up leaving without making any purchase. This experience was a real letdown, especially because it wasn’t just about the overcharge but about the lack of proper customer service and respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures future customers are treated with professionalism and courtesy. Read moreLazy staff. Was told they were not making more guacamole for the night but they were making guacamole in front of customers saying it was for tomorrow, which is dumb. Give guacamole to paying customers there in the moment and just increase your inventory for future to get back on track that way your customers never suffer and it buys time for new guacamole supplies to get there. Personally, I think the staff was just lazy and did not want to make it as they were also speaking loud enough for customers to hear that they hated making it. Rice was hard or dried out, meat was dried out. Mind you there was still three hours left before store was scheduled to close.
