As far as Chipotle's go, it's pretty standard. Adorned with it's signature corrugated metal and large ventilation tubes, it's pretty obvious knowing where you stand when you're inside. And if you particularly love these features, you'll be happy to know that they also have professional photography of the ventilation and corrugated metal hanging on the walls! It's a true pinnacle of interior design for Chipotle, with bold accent and firm stances on decoration choice. I love it!
As far as food goes, there have been a couple of things to note. As of late, I've had inconsistent experiences with this location. I go about once a week with my wife and daughter. It's somewhat of a family tradition at this point. Depending on who is working there, the serving sizes can vary wildly. Most of the time, the serving is adequate to fill me up and maybe even provide some leftovers for the following day, but on some occasions I've felt cheated out of food, with skimpy portions delivered across all ingredients.
It's particularly infuriating though when I feel cheated on the protein. I typically get half-chicken, half-steak, but there have been times where I was given ~5 pieces of each meat. This is absurdly low and it's something I'm not sure how to ask more for without them trying to charge me for "double". This occurrence is rare, but it's still impactful enough for me to dock a couple stars on service and give it a below-average rating.
In addition, I estimate that ~25% of the time I go, the fountain lemonade is out. The team is often unaware and I have to remind them, which isn't ideal, but it does result in a delay. Sometimes they don't even have replacement available. I wish they were more proactive on this front so I wasn't spending as much time waiting for a drink that may or may not show up.
Finally, this location recently has blocked one of the side entrances indefinitely, but I am unsure why. It's the easiest entrance to access from the parking lot. It's not a major issue by any means, but it is just a bit more annoying having to walk extra distance with a child in the arms, not to mention the increased frequency of moving among other people trying to enter the store through the singular entrance.
All in all, it's a Chipotle. The food is good. It's reasonably priced. It's a healthy option for a quick bite. I will continue to support it. But as far as Chipotle's go, I think it's sub-par and there are improvements that...
Read moreThis review is concerning my mobile order experience. I have ordered online through the app multiple times. Normally, when you place a mobile order it should take about 10-15 mins for it to be preapred and ready for pick up. That is the perfect amount of time to drive to the location, walk in, pick up your order, and leave. That was not the case for my experience. I expected my order to be placed on the pick-up shelf when I arrived, but it was empty. So, I assume it is still being prepared. I continue to wait until the store closes. It was not until the store closed that I was acknowledged by someone working in the front. Finally, when I was helped it turned out that my order was in the back the whole time. I was extremely dissapointed for having to wait that whole time, when I could have just went in line and asked for my order.
The main reasons for this low rating are the following: I was not acknowldeged until the store closed. *I was literally the last person helped My mobile order was not placed on the pick-up shelf There were not any directions in the store for mobile order pick ups
Feedback: I understand that there are concerns about people taking other customer’s orders. That may be why all the mobile orders are in placed in the back instead of on the shelf. If that is the case, then it would be helpful if you placed a sign on the shelf directing people ask the front counter for your order. I also think it would be helpful if your store prioritizes customers with online orders over walk-in customers because they placed an order with your store first. There should have been no reason why I was the last person helped.
Some positive notes are that this location is often well maintained and very clean. That is the only reason why this review is not one star. I will update this review after my feedback...
Read moreLoved the look. Local was great. Didn't know it was here I'm only 5 mins away. However once I started ordering the guy is like ok ONLY 2 TEENY WEENY scoops of rice, I said I'm a vegetarian that all I'm ordering no meat (which IS EXPENSIVE & should be extra after 2 reasonable portion scoops I get that I work in catering and food 30 yrs) but rice C'MON with 2 (again TEENY) scoops of black beans FOR REAL (?!). That's all I'm having Dude, why not just charge me for 4 tiny side cups this is UNFAIR AND RIDICULOUS.
"YEAH we have to charge you for any additional scoops!"
WHO'S the manager at THIS LOCATION!
I'M TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW!! CHEAP, CHEAPER, CHEAPEST! Oh does that include 2.00 more for a little bit of 🥬 LETTUCE! What the $$?¢¥£~∆!!!! 🤨😡.
Nickle and diming for every little thing! Hey I definitely won't be BACK!
I am a LOYAL FAN of Chipotle every where I travel; over 12 yrs, and never run into this and eat Chipotle practically EVERYDAY. It's my GO TO ALWAYS COUNT ON Great Nutrition, delish, affordable, great flavors, quality is fresh consistent, (usually) exceptionally clean restaurants and food looks great, compared to other fast food chains (except the University district which is FILTHY and always out of food)
I'm your walking advertisment ( plus I always request it as our first choice, as major film studio I work in L.A. in production)
However I'll drive further to my other favorite locations in and around the area. They don't do THAT to you.
Remember you are only as good as you customers. And repeat regulars are key particularly if they have a following, are in marketing for a large corporation (like you guys) and...
