Finally, I write my feeling here. Today, me an my friend come to this restaurant, I wanna order four meals, when I said the third one, the waiter left! My speaking speed is fast, and he didn’t listen all and he left! Then I said “what’s wrong with that, Sir”, and he point me and said “because of you attitude”. My question is I just wanna eat a dinner, I walked to the restaurant with great attitude, I just wanna you listen to me a little bit more careful, so who’s wrong. Never come back, I am a car dealership and I will absolutely tell all my friends that his restaurant’s food is fair, services is top one bad in Seattle. Here’s main situation I met today: The waiter listen to my order with no patience. He served only one table with smile (four white persons), served my table and other tables within colorful skin with bad attitude face. He said nothing and bring my dishes away, no respect. When I ask for check, he just go and didn’t ask me if I wanna any food to go on the table. When I ask him come back and give me a box(I also want to bring the Thai tea to go, he didn’t listen to me again), he bring the box with disdainful face and put it down so hard. The I ask him “Sorry, Sir, is there anything mad you?”, he said “yes, because of your attitude”. And my friend began so surprised because we just want check and food to go. Then I said “I understand that you are busy, but you need to be patient and listen to what every customer want, right?” He finally become a little bit slow down. I think I don’t have to clam down the waiters, I am not the manager for the shop, beside I did no wrong things. At last, when I pick the box and wanna put food into it, so funny I have no spoon because he already bring all them away in the situation 5. I really like some food in ur place. One reason is that there is only one Thai restaurant merely. Another one is that I live around here, I wanna support all restaurant here because you are my neighbors I wanna friendly relationship. *Thinking about if there are over 5 Thai food restaurants hereby to be you competitors, would those situation above happen? *That’s the first time I wrote such a feedback. Please never do something before you know who the people is, don’t let us down even though the...

It’s taken some time for me to write this because I needed to process what happened to me when I walked in this location on August 5th. I walked in a a little over a half hour before closing time. When I walked in I asked the worker (an older Asian man), if they were closed. He told me no, but they’re only doing TO-GO orders. It made sense to me, and I wasn’t planning on ordering food anyway. I wanted to order a tequila pineapple and sit for a second. Maybe 10 minutes after me, CLOSER TO CLOSING TIME, three people walk in. I repeat 3 PEOPLE. They were all white or asian. They were promptly seated and served 3 DISHES!!! Not TO-GO but inside the restaurant. I realized what was happening so when I got ready to leave I confronted the worker in a calm manner. I asked him, “Didn’t you just tell me that you were only doing To-Go but these people came in later than me and all ordered and are eating??” He tried to tell me I told him I wanted To Go which I had to correct him and say “No… YOU told me that”. He then tells me …. “If you want to order now, you can”. I definitely got frustrated and said “No I will not order now, you are racist and rude”. I walked out of the restaurant (I did pay for my drink before I confronted him). I am a Black woman in my early 20’s, and I have been supporting Thai Bistro (in multiple locations) for a long time. Thai is my favorite food. It was a shame to...

The service is horrible & food is too sweet. I have never gotten any pad see ew like this BEFORE!!. I just went out from the restaurant & first of all I really wanted to eat pad see ew.I am on diet so I was really looking into not to eat lot by ordering more than just one food FOR MYSELF ALONE. THE waitress was upset because I just got pad see ew for my late lunch & show disrespect attitude towards me. She is a female with an eye-glasses. The lunch offered soup and steamed rice & she never explained or offered that when I wanted the rice, I should have asked it at the same time when I order the pad see ew. In the menu it was written that the steamed rice is being served along with the soup. I mean if it is like that, why when I didn't request soup, she just gave me directly the soup?? At the end she charged me for the steamed rice. I gave her money $21.98. And she returned it $11. I mean I just ate pad see ew. And when I went out she didn't greet me like the woman before me. I regret of poor service that they have. Although horrible I still gave her $1 service fee. If THERE IS NO CHANGE WITH THIS RESTAURANT, PEOPLE PLEASE NEVER EVER COME...

It took a long time to get seated, despite the available tables. After we were seated, it took a long time to even get water. This was similar to previous reviews. There was only one waiter at dinner time on Friday night, which seemed to be the cause of the slow service. The ham and cheese spring roll was interesting. The Thai Fusion Orange Chicken was good as was the scallop green curry. My kid said, unprompted, "the pineapple is tasteless" about the Pineapple Fried Rice. I tried it and she was right! The food wasn't overly fast or slow (previous reviews said it was too fast). To the owner, if you want better reviews, please have more staff and check the quality of your ingredients. And probably have a more friendly sign at the front.

I literally order food here at least once a week. Today I ordered yellow curry (my normal dish) and it didn’t have any yellow curry in it. It was just coconut milk. I asked for them to fix it, waiter told me it was normal but he would have them put more curry in it. He gave it back to me and told me that next time if I want more curry I need to order it spicer. I told him I’ve never had this problem before. He then insulted me. All I wanted was and apology for the food fixed. I would have even settled for the food fixed and not been spoken to rudely. Really sad this happened it was my favorite Thai spot but I refuse to be treated this way.

I ordered a tofu pad thai and got chicken. Had to remove it it was a Togo order, so unfortunately, I couldn't go back. I also got mango sticky rice, and it looks like the mango is sitting in a syrup, and the rice is just drenched in milk. It's giving ARROZ CON LECHE. It's not appetizing at all. Super disappointing. Poor customer service. The first guy stopped mid order to continue other things, and another woman came to finish taking my order. In conclusion.. Big L, waste of time and money.
