I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I worked with Monica to get my passport photo taken and print out forms for an emergency passport. She was so kind, thoughtful, patient, and helpful—even assisting me with filling out the forms. Monica’s knowledge and willingness to help made such a stressful situation so much easier.

I also noticed how the entire staff consistently offered help to everyone who came in. They truly understand that many of their customers are going through stressful times with passports and visas, and they go above and beyond to make things smoother.

On top of that, the food here is amazing! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese English muffin, and it was awesome. I also had the best chai I’ve ever had in the U.S., along with fresh fruits. There’s plenty of seating, which made it a great place to wait for my passport appointment and pickup.

I used to live in New York and was privileged to have a corner deli on...every corner. Woke up this morning after a bit too much wine and thought to myself, "I need a bodega bacon, egg, and cheese," and turned to Google maps in desperation. Until this morning, I had yet to even see another true deli in my neighborhood, but when I saw this place was less than 500ft from my apartment, with so many 5-star ratings, I knew I had to try it.

Long story short, you will not find a better breakfast sandwich for $5 in Seattle. Such a great amount of food for the price; fresh bread, a healthy portion of cheese & eggs, and thicker-than-expected bacon. As I'm writing this review, I'm sad to see my sandwich end.

They were soo convenient with everything they offered for being a deli shop in the passport building. Had to take a last min photo for my passport application due to the i had being older than 6 months. It was a little pricey but WORTH IT for same day qualifying photo in a min. Went back later to grab something to eat & the sandwiches were delicious! The 6inch southwestern chicken with provolone lightly toasted was so delicious! The cashier was so hands on with being me with eventing i needed plus recommended the type of sandwich. Normality i am picky, but i trusted the recommendation blindly and is was BOMB!
