DUDE'Z woodfired pizza — Restaurant in Seattle

Where do I even begin? This is the question that many asked when embarking on the noble quest of reflecting on incredible food. A wise man once told me, “Start at the beginning, then go to the middle, and when you get to the end… stop.” It all began with a rumble in my families stomachs as we were immersed in an urban adventure in the heart of Seattle. I said to myself, “self, what will we do to satiate this desire for fuel in the form of lunch?” And then it hit me. Pizza. But not JUST pizza… wood fired pizza hand crafted by lovely souls in a beautiful community by the water. Providentially, I was led to DUDEZ Wood fired Pizza at Portage Bay. We ordered four pizzas from a kind gentleman and in a timely manner, they were hand delivered to our table. Truly service with a smile. We dined like nobility this day. After a 5 and a half hour drive home, it already feels like nostalgia, the kind of memory that you look back with a longing to experience it for the first time all over again. Much like your first bowl of ice cream! The team was incredible, the food was exceptional, the atmosphere was compelling, comfortable and family friendly. After today, I am more sure than ever that I was born in this time of human history for a reason: to dine upon DUDEZ wood fired pizza. Thank you Johnny, Gabe and the DUDEZ and DUDEZ…....

Ordering was easy online and you can go up to the window for pickup once you get there. If there is ever a wait, they will bring the pizzas to your car. I order 5 pizzas, for 4 people, sharing family style for dinner… SoCal special, pepperoni, pledge to the veg, dance margarita, and supreme leader and then of course 3 cookies for dessert. All the pizza were amazing, but my top pizzas were the SoCal (#1, nothing like it) and supreme leader. SoCal has a little spice and all the right flavors, I was craving Mexican food and pizza so it was the perfect fit. Between 4 big appetites, we finished 4 pizza. Leftovers are just as delicious to toast back up the next day. Hopefully they open a pizza place closer to north or central Seattle, but it was worth the trip. Oh, and you can tell the cookies are homemade, so if you are like me, there is always room...

I hired this company for my wedding and they were AMAZING! Every single guest at our wedding was in love with DUDE'Z pizza & their very kind service. The owners were so client centric, timely, organized and flexible with our needs. They had a non-stop line for their full 2 hours of service and managed it so well & smoothly, without compromising the quality of the food & service. Their trailer for their wood-fired oven made it so that we had to do nothing but provide them space- it was too easy! Their presentation was so thoughtful and professional. They are a trio of young entrepreneurs, hiring them was such a good decision. I'd hire them a million times...
