Not too impressed with the food overall, but it was alright. Probably 3.5 at best for me, but I don't usually try the sauces so it might be better with them. Cash only though. First off, it looked different than the photos on the food truck. Ordered #7 carne asade that cost $17. My beans were not mashed and I didn't get any lettuce, tomatoes or onions like the photo. Meat was very salty though it wasn't too tough and I was able to eat it without a knife. The meal came with tortillas (5?) and the water machine outside doesn't work for some reason.

I've never had such good service at any other taqueria. The owner personally came out and greeted us while we were eating. They offered us complimentary watermelon water, made with real fruit which was amazing! The food was authentic and delicious not to mention generously portioned. I'm a big eater and couldn't even finish the amazing burrito that I ordered, my girlfriend ordered the carnitas, I didn't try them but she said they were great. Stop in and meet this amazing family and enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine.

The owner, Jose, is super sweet, and they're doing complementary fresh watermelon juice right now (sept 2021), and he said it'll be complimentary horchata later on this month. Their adobada tortas are my favorite 🥰😌✨ Jose also said that he also does event catering with huge fruit displays, and the pictures he showed us were gorgeous. edit: he's also done complimentary fresh honeydew juice, agua de jamaica (hibiscus), papaya, and cantaloupe depending on the day - using all real ingredients of course !!

Delicious tacos (4 different flavors packed with succulent meat for $13), free unlimited papaya water (flavors rotate through the warm weather, and coffee is offered in cold weather), lovely staff, quick service, and adorable outdoor, shaded and fenced in garden/eating area.

The sauces were phenomenal and added the perfect kick (flavors apparently rotate, so although I highly recommend the pineapple habanero and green sauce, if you don’t get offered those, I’m sure anything else will be divine).

Two tacos per person was enough for a meal, and even though my Louth wanted more, my stomach couldn’t oblige. Such a great find in a random gas station, and I cannot recommend...
