Received a very odd and unprofessional message from someone name Natasha who spoke very fast and rushed through her message. “I’m just tryna figure out how we can support you and if we even have space in our program for you”. To me this is not how you reach out to a potential client. I’m turned off totally from entering this program after that. Never got a call to be matched with a Doula, I reached out back in July and the emailed me saying I would get a call in early September for a doula. Someone did call my phone but it wasn’t for me. She kept calling for someone else in the program. I expressed the reasoning behind wanting a doula, I also did the phone interview but I guess that was a waste of my time.
