Food not bad, like their shakes, but today was ridiculous, came in with a friend and my son, my son only wanted a shake, I ordered a small shake for my son, a large shake for myself, a burger and fries, and my friend a burger. First they seemed overwhelmed, there was 2of them working, one of them just didn't move from the order counter, instead of helping getting stuff ready for all the people that were already waiting. Like maybe start working on the shakes before taking even more orders. After waiting 30 mins, we get only our food but no shakes, they hadn't even started working on making them, I'm sorry bringing me half my order doesn't cut it, and instead of one of the waitresses making our shake(again that's all my son ordered), they were still taking new orders and serving customers that had ordered way after us instead of just finishing up our order before moving to the next!!!!! Unacceptable.... we didn't get our shakes that costs $6.50 plus tax until we were done eating. Instead of saying we're sorry about that, no one apologized they just brought them to the table and left. Well we were done eating, my 5 year old looked at us eat while waiting for his shake, I was expecting them to refund us the shakes and say im sorry, we're sorry, these are on the house, because we should've gotten our food and drinks all at once not the drinks when we were done eating. And we go there very often so we'd expect them to at least say sorry, the waitress at the register showed no urgency, she was just adding order after order instead of helping out taking care of people like us that were already waiting for a while!! I was very disappointed, so was my son who waited till were done eating to get his shake. Im still waiting for them to not only offer us these shakes on the house but to actually comp us our whole meal we had to eat without a drink!!! Like I said we go there a few times a week, unless they refund me for my whole meal they will lose a good customer plus ask the friends I've sent there. I've worked in the restaurant business when I was young, you don't just bring a table half their order especially not bringing any drinks and it was hot outside today. And take care of tables that ordered way after you did. You make sure you finish serving each table, at least start working on the drinks after you bring us our food but don't go serve all the customers that ordered after us and bring us our drinks at the end of our meal without...
Read moreThere is a sign that says please be kind sand patient to the staff we are short handed due to covid. So we knew it was going to be a long wait however the food came out rather quick well faster than I thought. Not all of it tho, not pictures are the fries those came out about 15-20 minutes later. Now as we watched the poor girl take orders serve, bus the tables & answer the phone all while I saw a cook I’m not sure he was alone however the food was coming out of the window pretty quick like I said. My concern was where is her help. I’m not upset at her AT ALL I EVEN tipped her %20 because she is doing the best she can do with what she is working with! My rating is this because where is the mGR of this establishment or the owner who is accountable for her stress day to day? Putting up. a sign & calling it a day is not acceptable. Since covid customer service is out the window! I will not be going back here until I see that management or the owners take responsibility for the STAFF! People wonder why companies like Starbucks & Amazon want to unionize it’s because of things like this, you can treat your employees like that & sit at home collecting all the profits & believe me you all are make some money I saw at least 7-8 pick ups for orders alongside all the people inside the poor hostess/server/busser was serving! Read moreI’ve been here three times now. Not once did my burger have sauce on it. I always say “a basic burger”, nothing more nothing less. I ordered this evening the same way as always. Took a bite and there was mayo on it. I’m ALLERGIC TO EGG! So shocked, I go back up to the register and inform her that first “I’m allergic to egg” and two “didn’t know it came with sauce”. Again, I didn’t pick a burger from the menu…I said “a basic burger” so technically it shouldn’t have sauce on it. Despite being polite she hit me back with attitude. “Next time, I can’t just “remake it for you”. They always come with sauce, it’s on the menu”. I say again, “I’m ALLERGIC TO EGG” and truly didn’t know it came with sauce on it. My allergies aren’t anyone else’s problem, I get that! HOWEVER, I’m more put off because of how insensitive and rude she was despite me being polite. Like damn, if I wasn’t ALLERGIC, I’d eat it anyway. Not a big deal. After that bite I spit out immediately-my head and throat were already flaring up. Imagine if I swallowed it :( “You can throw that away, I can’t do anything with it”. Remade the burger and it came with cheese on it…it didn’t come with cheese the last three times…I didn’t ask for cheese and I’m allergic to dairy…LMFAO. I’m not going back up there again. I know for sure that I’m not tripping. Peeled the cheese off, stfu and ate it.
