Final update Dec 17 5 stars OK, I normally will not have a burger more than once a week or so, but after drinking a bit too much last night, it seemed like a good idea. This time I did their bbq bacon burger and noticed I could sub for their sourdough, so I did. OMG! That was such a great fricken burger. Not just for a fast food place, but period! I will definitely make this a regular place now and just remember to sub for the sourdough every time. They toast it perfectly and it has great flavor on its own. Honestly, I would order just the toasted bread and happily enjoy it. Definitely the best way to enjoy their offerings!

Update Dec. 15, 2020* so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. While I didn't try the fries again, I did try the burger. This time I just kept it to the original with cheese, no additional ketchup and mustard. The burger didn't look slapped together haphazardly like the last one, and instead looked picture perfect. The beef patty had great flavor, vegetables were fresh, just enough mayo to let you know it was there yet not so much to overwhelm. The grilled onions were perfect this time as well. Only complaint that remains is the bun. It still seems too doughy even though it was noticably toasted this time. I will say it's probably the best burger for the price, and if the bun was better I would probably come here at least once a week.

My experience was interesting. The service for takeout was friendly. FYI, I ate this I'm my car only 20 ft away from the entrance and immediately after I got it. I got the half and half fries and onion rings with a basic charburger with cheese, and a strawberry limeade. I first tried the onion rings, with a side of ranch and what tasted like thousand island. They were decent, but too much batter. The fries were barely cooked enough to be done. Definitely not crispy, but good flavor. If they had been cooked longer they would have been excellent. Now, the burger. I did ask for mustard and ketchup. I realize I shouldn't have done that. WAY too much sauce. Also, my burger looked like the person who put it together didn't care how lopsided it was. The top bun and bottom bun were damn near halfway off the patty. Also, my bun was not "toasted" as expressed in the description, and some of my grilled onions were black/overcooked. I will say that is was the best tasting fast food burger I have had outside of In-N-out. Had the bun been toasted and not doughy, it would have been a home run. The limeade was ok, but wayyyyyy too sweet, though to be fair on that, I don't drink sugary drinks often, but it still seemed excessive. All in all I might...

First time at The Habit. Wife ordered a Garlic burger, and I got a BBQ bacon cheeseburger. I didn't realize onions were standard until our food was done.

It being my mistake, I paid for a new BBQ bacon cheeseburger. Without onions.

The cashier brought it to me when it was done. And it was a completely different burger. Instead of my BBQ bacon cheeseburger. It was a double char, no cheese, no bacon, extra onion burger.

I took it back and explained that this was not the burger I ordered.

Apparently this upset the cook. Because he stormed out without a mask. Demanded the receipt, snatched the wrong one from our tray of food. Glared at my wife when she explained it was the wrong receipt. I showed him the correct receipt and he backed down.

The cashier was aloof and hardly behind the register anytime I went up front. The place was dirty, tables unwashed and garbage and food on the floor.

And there was only 5 customers, my wife and I included.

This locations customer service was lacking. And for the cook to come out without a mask to snatch a receipt from our food tray. Was totally uncalled for.

This is my first 1 star review. And I will not be going back to this location.

I dont know if it was because i was their last customer of the night, or if it was just cause- BUT THE BLONDE BROAD IN THE BACK WAS REALLY RUDE. I thought my "burger" was supposed to be a chicken burger BUT I WAS WRONG it was beef (WHICH I DONT EAT) AND SO AS I WAS PACKING UP MY FOOD TO LEAVE I GOT A TO GO BAG AND REALIZED THE WRAPPER ON MY BURGER WAS SOILED ON BOTH SIDES WITH JUICES AND SAUCE SO I WENT AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER WRAPPER FOR MY BURGER AND THE BLONDE (who was carrying a garbage can without any gloves)LOOKED AT ME LIKE .I threatened to fire her or kill her dog or something.. To which she then (obviously very unhappy to have had to help me) rolled her eyes and with her ungloved garbage can touching n handling hand REACHED FOR N GAVE ME ANOTHER WRAPPER TO WRAP MY BURGER IN - AND QUICKLY TURNED HER BACK ON ME before i couldve asked for a clean or more sanitary wrap for my food. IT WAS PRETTY GROSS EVEN TO THINK ABOUT ESPECIALLY SINCE RIGHT BEFORE SHE HANDLED THE GARBAGE I WATCHED HER TOUCHING THE RUGS ON THE FLOOR AND SHAKING THEM OFF ALSO WITHOUT GLOVES ON.
