Dining at Johnny Rockets, The Original Hamburger, offers an enthralling throwback to the classic American 80s diner, complete with a charming jukebox and cozy booth seating. The ambiance exudes a nostalgic warmth, inviting diners into a space where time seems to blissfully pause. Our waiter, Stefan, was the epitome of hospitality, showcasing a blend of friendliness and helpfulness that significantly enhanced the dining experience. The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the Turkey Burger accompanied by onion rings. Each bite of the burger was a delightful journey through perfectly balanced flavors and textures. The turkey patty was exceptionally juicy, cooked to the ideal temperature, ensuring that every mouthful was a savory delight. The onion rings provided a delightful contrast, with their crispy exterior encasing sweet, tender onions – a testament to the kitchen’s skill in elevating simple ingredients into something extraordinary. Equally impressive were the fries and cheeseburger. The fries struck the perfect balance between crispy and fluffy, making them irresistible. The cheeseburger was a classic done right – the patty’s succulent meatiness harmoniously complemented by the rich, melting cheese. Every component of the meal showcased a commitment to quality and a deep understanding of classic American comfort food. In summary, Johnny Rockets, The Original Hamburger, delivers an experience that goes beyond just good food. It’s a culinary journey wrapped in an ambiance of retro charm, made complete by staff who truly understand the essence of hospitality.

This Johnny Rockets location is on the third floor of the mall by the AMC theaters so I don't think it gets much traffic. The whole mall, Pacific place, itself is not as crowded. Not many stores here. Their prices are definitely high but so is everything these days with inflation out of control. The burger in the picture is Route 66. Just the burger with a single patty is $15. Having said that, good decent service and good people at this location. Give them your business before or after your movie at the next door AMC 😊

The information on Google says they open at 10 on Fridays. The door was open and I walked in chose a menu and waited to be served. When someone entered the front of the restaurant I was told to leave because they are not open yet. After telling them that there site online stated they opened at 10 when I was allowed to reenter the restaurant all Merton said was well we are open now. There are better places open at 11 I would be happy to go to. I chose this place because of the earlier time. I will not be going back and would only consider it once the customer service has increased and they realize the mistake and apologize rather than tell me about how wrong I am. It is your fault not the customers when the information they find on Google is incorrect. Take responsibility. Also, they got my order completely wrong. Spending over 5 dollars for a milkshake and they gave me the wrong flavor. They didn't thank me she just threw the order on the counter and walked away. So the only thing they did correct was that there was a beef party on the bun... Thank you Meron for your wonderful skills with customers and taking my order. Find a different career that has no customer facing interaction. Be a bin puller for Amazon. They treat there employees as well as you treat customers. You will feel...

There is good food near by. Go there instead. Took ten minutes to even get acknowledged in a restaurant that was less than half full. They are not able to time food, so two of the three dishes arrived at the table at once, followed by the very hard to time grilled cheese sandwich my daughter ordered. My burger was swabbed in grease. Like literally dripping off the bun and on top of it all, it was cold, so all three cheeses were a gigantic congealed mess. We ordered fries and onion rings. Thankfully, after we ate them, the waitress asked us if we wanted any sauces with them. My coke ran out half way through, and no one bothered to offer a refill. Had to request silverware to cut my disgusting burger in half. I ended up having to walk up to the counter and ask for it again. Asked to speak to a manager. Was told there wasn't one. So all in all, I'd say Petsmart has a better waitstaff and possibly better food. Maybe with...
