FIRST IMPRESSION (during service): A quaint cute spot, friendly barista's, busy environment, limited space. MY EXPERIENCE: Prior to going I had called and was placed on a long hold ..no one ever came back to the phone. I was calling to ask if they had unsweetened plant milk. With that unknown I still wanted to drop in and find out, possible order something. So the husband and I went to Kathy's to have quick breakfast date. We ordered some quiche to go and a coconut milk cappuccino. We picked up the order jumped in our car off to the next destination. Upon arrival we opened the boxes to find these burnt flavorless slices of quiche. It was so overcooked we couldn't taste anything but burnt cheese! Why would anyone sell this? Very disappointed. The only saving grace was that the coffee. It was actually good.... I might give them a second chance but until then I would say stay away from the quiche!

My breakfast sandwich was lowkey gross, a ton of cheap cheddar, & the meat didn’t feel quality either, I couldn’t even finish it & got a croissant from QFC afterwards which was so decently satisfying in contrast lol. Atmosphere is balls & the place didn’t feel very clean/sanitary tbh, hate to give a poor rating to a local business but it was not worth it & im not coming back.

Visiting Seattle from Vancouver... I'm so happy I went to Katy's instead of boring old Starbucks. I got an iced vanilla chai latte with 2 shots of espresso and the turkey cran sandwich. Absolutely delightful! Both the gals working were sweet as pie and it's clear that everything they do is made with love. Highly recommend for a quick and delicious breakfast.

I've twice lived in an area that allowed me to frequent Katy's Corner, but it's always on my mind. The coffee is always so good, and the staff never fails to be really nice and welcoming. The thing is, though, once I went in and ordered the turkey club along with my latte so I was waiting inside a little longer than usual. There was a table of people talking, but in a way that was inviting to everyone, which was great because they were so funny! It was literally years ago, so I dont remember the staff or anything, but we all had a good talk/laugh for a bit about blaming our parents for our bad lot in life in a funny sassy way. I.e. "Ugh, thanks for nothing, mom." That kind of attitude. I will never forget it because it's one of the only times I felt just naturally a part of something and included (not sure if that makes sense). I'm rambling, but thank you for always being that cool spot that never lets me...

I was excited to support this local business, but it was alright. The place is quaint and cozy and has great art on the walls. I ordered a roasted veggie sandwich (the menu says it takes 20mins) and my friend ordered a Turkey cranberry. When the sandwich arrived I asked them for a plate, she got one from the dish washer but it was still dirty. And then once I unwrapped my sandwich it was very cold, the melted cheese had hardened like had been sitting out. When I asked if they would reheat it they seemed annoyed, if the menu says it’s 20min wait for this hot sandwich it shouldn’t come out cold. I even watched a worker walk around licking a spatula. This place might be too casual for my taste. I won’t be back, but I’d suggest just getting...
