Worst experience ever! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Order was read back to me 4 times...Wrong each time. Wasn't told the credit card machine wasn't working when placed my order....And when I went to pay, they said they needed cash or I could just leave and come back later! Really? That's how you treat a costumer? You tell them to leave? And when I said I'd just wait because they said they had someone working on the machine....I was told if I didn't move out of the drive thru they'd call the police! Rude, terrible, unacceptable customer service!! If I am not mistaken, in the state of WA, if a customer isn't informed that the credit card machine isn't working, at the time.of order they are obligated to give the order to the customer anyway. Either way...I left without my.order and will not be returning to this...
Read moreI saw a funny or die skit about KFC that mentioned their bowls. I ate two of those a day on lunch when they first came out with their promo price. Haven't been back since they ended that first promo. After the skit, I decided to check out their site to see if the price had come down to something I'd pay and was confronted with their terrible site. Two thirds of the screen it's dominated by a grub hub add or promo video. Leaving a little side scrolling banner as the only method of scrolling through their food options which are little more than a bunch of tiny pics. I checked out what Google had for a menu on them. Dear KFC a comedy show did what your ad agency couldn't and a search engine repped you better than echo ever manages your site. Food's good for fast food, if you're cool...

We've gotten sick off their chicken before (we thought it could be our fault, so let it go) had things missing from the order, but this time they missed over half the order. We ordered a family fill up, had it delivered, no large mashed potatoes and gravy (2 containers), no large coleslaw, no biscuits (4). I tried calling the store for 20 minutes to see if a bag was missing. Finally got through, and got hung up on. Thank God Uber refunded the order after explaining and reaching out to the driver to confirm there wasnt anything else he had, but it still sucks to try and work with a restaurant to resolve an issue and be met by...
