This place has great burgers, without a doubt. I ordered the Bacado Burger as I usually do, and it was as good as ever. One issue tonight however, was there was no ice in the soda machine, and it's seemed as though it had been empty for a while. I mentioned it to the woman working the register and taking orders, and she suggested I just wait until my burger was ready, as the machine was probably just in the process of making more. Sounded a little dubious to me, as it's not like the place was busy, how does the machine run out to begin with. So I waited for about 15 minutes and went back to to the machine and still no ice. Not even a hint at it having made any. I mentioned it to the woman I spoke with earlier, and she said so she can really do is wait. I asked, "so that is the only ice you have anywhere in the house?" To which she replied, "yes." That surprised me a little, but certainly plausible. While I sat there eating my burger and sipping on my soda at with no ice, I thought of how the situation could've been different. If my assumption was correct, and they had been out of ice for a while, she could've told me that up front. If she was truly clueless about the lack of ice, she could've offered to swap it out for one of the bottled sodas they keep in the fridge. Also if it had been a while, someone there could've taken the initiative to walk the half a block to QFC and bought some ice, or gone to any one of the many neighboring establishments that had an ice machine and asked to borrow a bucket or two. It seemed as though they were a bit rudderless with such a minor problem with such easy solutions. Where was the manager, I wonder? Oh well.

tldr; This place is a huge disappointment and you probably don't want to go here. However, we did receive partially-edible units of food and we didn't get sick. A solid 2 stars. -- First time coming here since this was Blue Moon Burgers. Unfortunately all the recent reviews are spot on... the quality of the food and service has dropped off a cliff. Sigh. We were told it'd be a 15min wait for our to-go order. It took around 30min... not because of them being overly busy, but more due to... lack of ability and/or care? Storytime: For the majority of that wait we were blessed to watch an employee scooping a BBQ-esque red paste out of a bucket with an ice-cream scoop. After (literally) 20+ minutes of glacial work, she was able to messily fill a single small squirt bottle. She had no gloves on. It was impressive! This was all done in front of an order window which became increasingly overfilled with orders that nobody was passing on to customers. The guy taking orders was doing what he could to keep up with things on his own but. Oooof. This was a mess. If you're into restaurant schadenfreude this is a great place to hang out for a while. Oh yeah... and attached are pics of the proudly advertised "Sandwich of the week/month!". Fast food level expected/actual results. Impressive! Oh and of course part of the order was wrong and we got what seemed like a half-order-size of fries. Boo. =( Positive things? - The sauce on the sad sandwich was decent, the sauces (special sauce & sriracha aioli) were solid, and my kiddo found their chicken tenders to be acceptable.

If you’re a burger lover, you should check out the Local Bigger Burger – hands down one of the best burger joints I’ve been to in a long time in Seattle area. The vibe here is spot on. It's got that perfect mix of laid-back comfort and trendy design. It’s also family-friendly without feeling too casual, so it caters to all kinds of crowds. I went with their “Mushroom and Onions” burger. The beef patty was thick, juicy, and bursting with flavor, cooked exactly to medium as I requested. It was perfectly complemented by the melted cheddar, caramelized onions, and a smoky house-made sauce that took the whole thing to the next level. Each bite was a flavor explosion! The buns were fresh and soft but still held up to the layers of ingredients, which is always a good sign of a quality burger. As for the toppings – fresh and plentiful, but not overwhelming. Everything tasted incredibly well-balanced. When it comes to value, you’re definitely getting what you pay for – and more. The portions are generous, the ingredients are high-quality, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. It’s not just a meal, it’s an experience, and for the quality of food and service, it’s totally worth every penny. This place is a burger lover’s paradise, and I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu.

This has become a very frustrating place to attempt eating at. Ordering something as commonplace as a plain double cheeseburger is a several minute affair - that's not hyperbole, I mean it actually takes more than 3 minutes and has done for months. To begin with there isn't a cheeseburger on the menu, you have to build one from scratch. I've tried to improve the process in many ways: speaking exactly the language used by their sale system ("add patty, add cheese, no lettuce,[...]"), stating the final goal of what I'm aiming for (double cheeseburger, only ketchup), or speaking conceptually, all to no avail. I have to stand there and guide each step, usually needing to ask for multiple corrections, removing random things I didn't say and restating the things I did several times. Tonight, when my order was finally locked and I swiped my card, I was presented with the tip menu where I can select percentage and sign. Apparently there's an override on their side because he instantly confirmed it at the maximum/default tip value, so quickly that maybe I wasn't meant to notice. I was very irritated but don't enjoy being confrontational and would have tipped that amount anyways, so just ignored it. 25 minutes later I hadn't received my food, with everyone else in the place having received their orders (including people who came in long after me), and I went to the front to ask if mine was still coming. After an initial shrugoff they investigated and found that my food had just been sitting on the pass. It was bagged and handed to me without comment, no attempt at an apology or a discount voucher or even a "my bad" moment. So here I am, eating a room temperature burger while writing a negative review for a fast food restaurant. There are a lot of ways I'd rather be spending time, but tonight broke the camel's back. I used to enjoy coming to LBB regularly but since the ownership transfer the experience has just gotten worse each time. I haven't even gotten into the persistent non-service-related issues but this review has been plenty long already. Despite living literally upstairs, I don't think I'll...

This is one of those places that I've always heard about but never ventured out to try right away. Burger joints are always easy to oversell yet hard to please. Everyone has such different taste buds when it comes to a "good burger." There's fast food style, hole in the wall, gourmet style, the greasy burger, restaurant, etc etc... but then there's Blue Moon Burgers...

It's not quite gourmet, it's far greater quality than hole in the wall - and don't you dare call it fast food. what it is... is a delicious burger. It's got a bit of character from each aspect and then it becomes its own. The brioche bun is gourmet-ish, the fried egg and sweet bacon is what you want from a hole in the wall, it drips with sauces and oozes with cheese like a greasy burger, but it's so neatly piled on and you can have amazing Parmesan garlic fries and a ice cold beer like a restaurant.

My favorite here thus far is the El Diablo Azul. Not at hot as I would like it to be but the perfect balance of heat and burger, throw an egg on there and you have paradise on a bun.

I recently tried the Hangover burger, i loved the brioche bun but wasn't too big of a fan of the french fries in the burger, kind of made dry and sucked the flavor out. I enjoy fries with my meal but not in every bite.

As mentioed the parmesan garlic fries were pretty spot on. great balance of cheese and garlic, but doesn't leave your breath smelling too bad lol. Fries were of great crispy texture.

I didn't like the jalapeno bottle caps, the breading was a little off and over powered the jalapenos themselves. And the chili cheese fries were good in theory but may have just been an off day for me because I didn't really enjoy it. it lacked a little flavor.

Over all though, this place is great! A few tips to keep in mine... if you go, try a Wednesday night as they do 1/2 price burgers which is an awesome deal. Also there is a small public parking garage behind the building, BMB doesn't validate parking but you can grab some menchie's next door after a burger and they'll validate...

LOVE this new place "Local Bigger Burger"!! One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. So great to see this local Seattle establishment with fresh, and halal juicy burgers. I must say it's a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The moment you walk in, the mouthwatering aroma of freshly grilled patties hits you, and you know you're in for something special.

The menu is very simple and straightforward. Each burger is a masterpiece juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked with fresh, high-quality ingredients that burst with flavor in every bite. Whether you're into classic burgers or adventurous toppings, the menu caters to both purists and foodies alike with build your own burger option.

I personally liked their signature options and a must try. I have tried both "Bacado" and "Bacon Cheddar" combos couple of times and they have become my favorite now. My kids enjoyed "Crispy Chicken" and "Chicken Tenders with Fries" and I didn't have to ask them to finish. :)

The fries are crispy, golden perfection, and the house-made sauces take everything to the next level. Apart from burgers they do offer wings, milkshakes, ice cream options which is equally exquisite on its own. Pair your burger with the perfect old-fashioned, high-quality milkshakes that taste home-made!

Best halal burgers in town!! Great food and delicious food made with love and care under new ownership and management. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to customer needs. Overall excellent service and I highly recommend this place to anyone with a burger craving. You won't regret it.

Service is warm and personal, making you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Great location, the cozy atmosphere and vibrant energy make it the kind of spot you’ll keep coming back to for a burger fix that truly hits the mark. In a world of big chains, this place "local bigger burger" stands out for all the right reasons—flavor, halal, quality,...
