At Mama Row's, every caramel creation feels like a warm hug—sweet, comforting, and impossible to forget. If you're looking for desserts that are pure indulgence, you’re in for a treat. Let’s talk about the stars of the show:

Baby Bye Caramel Cake The Baby Bye Caramel Cake is a love letter to caramel lovers. Imagine layers of soft, pillowy cake wrapped in rich caramel that melts in your mouth. It’s like every bite whispers “goodbye” to your worries, leaving you in dessert bliss. The balance between the airy cake and the decadent caramel frosting is nothing short of perfection. You’ll be saying “just one more slice” long after the plate is empty.

Ah Shucky Shucky Now Brownie The Ah Shucky Shucky Now Brownie is a celebration in dessert form. Dense, fudgy chocolate meets a generous swirl of caramel that adds just the right amount of sweetness. The texture is heavenly—chewy, gooey, and everything a brownie should be. One bite, and you’ll understand why it has such a playful name. It’s a party for your taste buds that keeps on going.

Baby It’s Da Sauce And then there’s Baby It’s Da Sauce, which is, quite simply, magic in a bottle. Drizzle it over your favorite desserts or savor it straight from the spoon—this caramel sauce transforms anything it touches into a masterpiece. Whether you’re pouring it over ice cream, pancakes, or using it as a dip for fruit, this sauce brings out the best in everything. It’s smooth, buttery, and perfectly balanced, making it a must-have in any caramel lover’s kitchen.

In short, Mama Row's caramel desserts are pure joy. They’re indulgent, delicious, and crafted with love. If you’re a fan of rich, flavorful desserts, this is where you’ll find your happy place. Five stars...

I had seen posters for Mama Row’s caramel cakes in my local Jumpstart Espresso coffee shop and on Juneteenth the owner of Mama Row’s son and another employee came to the shop personally and were giving free samples out to customers. The son and other employee were both extremely friendly and such good representatives of the business. It was really cool to see the whole family involved in a family owned and local business!

My partner and I were given a heart shaped brownie with a caramel glaze and an original caramel cake.

The brownie was amazing! Normally premade brownies can be tough or too thick, but this brownie was so soft and flavorful! It was as soft as a homemade brownie straight out of the oven! The caramel glaze on it was also the perfect consistency, so the two flavors blended nicely together. It truly tasted like a homemade brownie made shortly before I ate it. I can’t wait for the next time to have one because I know it would go with a scoop of ice cream.

The original chocolate cake was also delicious! It reminded me of a fluffy maple syrup donut- the shape, the glaze, and the sweetness level of the cake (it wasn’t maple flavored though).

With the caramel being the main feature, I want to emphasize that the caramel is definitely the star of the show. It is smooth, creamy, and made of quality ingredients. Mama Row knows how to pair it well with the other desserts to play up how good...

Jonathan learned from his mom, Rachel, the art of crafting the smoothest, most buttery caramel you'll ever taste. With roots in Wisconsin and a family heritage from Mississippi, I know my caramel and caramel cake—and this is the real deal!

A true Taste of Seattle and City of Seattle gem, this family-owned, local business delivers nostalgia in every bite. Imagine biting into a cake that melts in your mouth, with a caramel flavor so rich and smooth, it feels like a warm hug from home. The secret lies in their butter base and precise "softball" temperature, creating a texture that's just perfect.

Each slice transports you to a place of comfort and joy, evoking memories of family gatherings and festive celebrations. Their cakes are more than just desserts; they are a journey back to those cherished moments. Whether it's a celebration or a simple indulgence, these cakes make every occasion special. You can taste the love and tradition in every bite. The first bite will have you closing your eyes, savoring the perfect blend of sweetness and buttery goodness.

If you want to experience the essence of a "Black cookout," you have to check them out. It’s like having a slice of history and culture on your plate. Don't just take my word for it—one bite, and you'll be hooked. Treat yourself to this delectable experience and taste the magic of Jonathan and Rachel's...

I stumbled upon Mama Row’s completely by chance, and I’m so glad I did. I was staring wide eyed at the caramel brownie when a man (who I later learned was named Jonathan) working there noticed and kindly offered me a taste. The moment I tasted it, my face must have said it all – his knowing smile told me he’d seen this reaction countless times before. I can honestly say this is the best caramel I’ve ever had (and I was raised in the south). It’s not just a sweet treat; you can taste the love, tradition, and pride that goes into every batch. Learning afterward about the beautiful story behind Mama Row’s – how this recipe and philosophy of turning hardships into something sweet was passed down from mother to son – made the experience even more special. Jonathan’s warmth and genuine pride in sharing his mother’s legacy shines through in every interaction and every bite. This isn’t just exceptional caramel; it’s a piece of family history made with love. Don’t walk past without trying it – your taste buds (and heart) will thank you.
