They've been making pizza longer than I've been alive and they're probably going to be making pizza longer than I'll ever live. With the way this pizza tastes, it's not going out of business anytime soon. A pandemic's got nothing on this place. They've been making pizza for 40 years and I hope they keep making pizza for another 40. They gotta be doing something right if they have lasted 40 years. They obviously have amazing pizza, but sometimes just pizza isn't enough for a pizza place to last. Like I'm assuming majority of people that get married are in love. I mean, that would be the main reason to get married, but just because two people are in love, it doesn't guarantee that the marriage will last. Just because a pizza place is able to do the main thing a pizza place is suppose to do...make incredible pizza, that doesn't mean the pizza place is going to last. If pizza places only stayed in business based on the quality of their pizza, Little Caesars wouldn't be a thing. Sometimes it takes more than just the pizza and Pagliacci pizza definitely gives you more. They're able to adapt with the times. They offer gluten free and dairy free pizza. I'm sure they didn't offer that 40 years ago because I don't think gluten intolerant people existed back then and if they did, nobody was talking about them. For the lactose intolerant people, they were probably still in denial 40 years ago and just dealt with the consequences of having pizza. Now they have accepted their reality with dairy, but still want to have pizza with zero consequences. Pagliacci pizza was able to adapt to this modern customer, who needs cheese with no dairy and dough with no gluten. They have also adapted in the way they get their pizza to people. 40 years ago, pizza was the one food you could get delivered. Now you can get a filet mignon delivered to you through Doordash. Pagliacci pizza helped their customers out even more by going on these delivery platforms to make it even easier for people to consume their delicious pizza. Maybe next time I visit Seattle I can get my Pagliacci pizza delivered to me from a drone. I know Pagliacci pizza is going to keep adapting to the times. Although, it would be bitter-sweet if I got my Pagliacci pizza delivered by a drone. It would probably mean that I lost my job as a Doordash driver, but at least I would still have their delicious pizza.

Decent pizza and exceptional customer service. The pizza menu boasts an extensive range of flavors. The option to purchase pizza by the slice is also available. Marked my calendar for June 21, 2023, as they were offering a special deal of two pizza slices for all visitors in celebration of summer solstice. The flavors to choose from include Hawaiian, cheese, Italiano, and pepperoni. The team did an excellent job of ensuring a smooth flow of customers without any shortage of pizza. I recommend this pizza joint without hesitation.

Amazing pizza!! The flavor is awesome, the crust is crunchy, and the price is unbelievable (in a good way for a change)! The employees were very nice and helpful! The pictures don't do it justice, great pizza...I'll travel again to have it! Get the chocolate chip cookies too!! So good!

K, let me say that I'm really picky with pizza. There's no such thing as bad pizza, even terrible pizza is still pizza, I just have a taste for really, really good pizza.

This isn't really, really good pizza. It's some of the greasiest pizza I've ever had, in fact. It's better than all the big national chains like Dominos or Papa John's, but that's not saying much.

That being said, my girlfriend and I came here on Valentine's Day for a free slice of pizza. Instead, everyone was being given TWO free slices of pizza. And, I got one extra from a pie that only had one little slice left. I didn't want that much pizza, but the server was very nice and plated me up despite my objections. It felt like I couldn't say no to the third slice of pizza, kind of like if your Grandma was plating you up some food and decided you needed more. Wholesome AF.

The people working there were so kind and nice to everyone, despite the fact that they were serving FREE PIZZA to a never ending crowd of people for hours. A true testament to a staff full of just genuinely kind and patient people.

Did I mention we got free pizza? And it was good. Greasy, but good. And you get exactly what you expect from this delivery chain, it's not a fancy restaurant, it's just quick and easy pizza, and for that Pagliacci's is probably the best in the...

We have ordered from this location for years! Like over 15 years. Yet tonight after receiving our order I noticed that the large Caesar salad was a lot less than we’ve normally received. A simple apology and top off the salad would have been awesome customer service. Instead I was informed that the salad “deflated in the fridge” and that it was a large but got soggy so shrunk. I don’t know if that was any better than just apologizing because now I know that their salads are not freshly made. After still arguing that my salad was still pretty small and reminding them that we have ordered at least 2x a months from their location (always 2 pies and a salad) the manager then informed me that they could make me a “new” salad. I was excited until she told the worker, just top off her salad with more lettuce. So no fresh salad. Just my soggy pre-made deflated salad with more on top. We will not be...
