I went in here yesterday with a young man who is pretty picky about his haircut. We had just found out that his former salon down the street was closed down! He was pretty nervous about trusting his cut to anyone else. However, as soon as we entered Eastlake Salon, Yu-Yi had us at our ease with her friendly, warm personality. Although she doesn't usually take walk-ins, she found the time to help us out. She took the time to ask lots of questions about what he was looking for, and then she did a fantastic job with his cut!
