Jesse is amazing. I can't express the gratitude I have for her work and healing that I've experienced over the years. She is kind, she is caring, and she knows what she is doing. Jesse really listens and works with you on what you want (and didn't know you needed). I suffered years of pain, aches, and awful headaches after a car accident and other injuries. I didn't know I could feel so light and loose again. She doesn't hurt you to heal you - I loved that I didn't have to spend time recovering after a painful massage. I loved not feeling more battered post massage than pre massage. I would walk away relaxed and refreshed. Her dedication to further education, science based techniques, and constant improvement were really visible in each visit and I can't express how much her knowledge has continued to help me outside of my appointments. She'd give me advice on how to stretch certain areas or release tension in others so that I could work on my health. Every small detail, from our interactions to the furnishing of her office to the heated blankets to the people she chose for her team, showed her dedication to my comfort and healing. It's hard to be vulnerable in front of another person when you're in pain. It's often easier to go with what society often seems to laud - grin and bear it. But because of every small detail, I felt comfortable coming back and trusting her with my recovery. I didn't have to bear it alone - I could instead deal with the source of pain and discomfort. She is extremely knowledgeable, but is humble and down to earth. She's sensitive and a good listener about what you do or don't feel comfortable with. She has been a huge blessing in my healing. I believe that healing physically in this type of setting also helped me be more comfortable in my own skin, in being more present in my body, and being able to be vulnerable and seek help rather than bearing it and bearing it alone. Jesse truly is a wonderful human, and I believe Sage Bodyworks will thrive because of all the kindness, love, and hard work she puts in for the healing of her clients. Thank you Jesse!

I went to Sage Bodywork for multiple lymphatic drainage massages post BBL and Liposuction. Finding a certified post op massage specialist can be difficult and everyone should do their research on who they go to. They offer a post-op lipo package and the online scheduling was super easy! Britt is amazing and made sure my first visit was comfortable as I was still in a lot of pain. The massage itself was exactly what I needed to feel better. Britt and Jesse are both miracle workers! Not only did they make sure my swelling was under control, but they truly were a huge part of my recovery and tailored each session to what I needed. From a breast massage, scalp massage, neck massage, they made sure I left feeling relieved.

I came to see Jesse for her Mother's Day Mamassage Special and I am so glad I did!!! From the aromatherapy, to the relaxing exfoliation treatment and the peppermint CBD scalp rub, my body and nervous system were so relaxed and I left feeling calm and rejuvenated! Jesse has such a kind presence and compassionate touch, it was very easy to let go of all my cares throughout the whole massage and be present in my body. Thank you so much Jesse, I cannot wait for my next massage with you!!

I want to make this review as fair as possible while saving other people time. I booked with them for post op massages after my surgery. They assured me they were qualified todo post surgery lymphatic drainage massage but the massage I received fell well short of my expectation. My back which carried a lot of swelling wasn’t examined or massaged at all. From my understanding, a post op massage is when fluid is moved and guided toward lymph nodes so the body can get rid of it. My lymph nodes were pressed on but the only part of my body that was massaged were my sides and they were only massaged for about 30 seconds. I felt no relief and I left just as swollen as when I arrived. I reached out to another therapist I know and they said to make sure the therapist has CLT or MLD after their names as confirmation they have adequate training to perform this type of massage, these therapists have neither. They only have LMT after their names which is licensed massage therapist. Thankfully, I was able to find a lymphedema trained therapist who gave me an amazing massage and worked out alot of my swelling. I think these therapists are good for pain management and making peoples muscles relaxed but after my experience, I don’t think they have enough training or experience to be marketing themselves as being able to perform post op lymphatic drainage massage. My therapist did not perform my massage correctly or throughly and the session wasn’t effective. I had to scramble to find another therapist with immediate availability which wasn’t easy. Lymphedema therapists massage swelling out of peoples body for a living, they are the true specialists. If you need post op massages please don’t believe what is put on websites and really do your research. Ask a lot of questions. Not getting adequate massages could leave you with a lot of complications so it’s important to find people that truly know what...

Sage Bodywork is a fantastic group, I've been impressed with the amount of knowledge, training, and expertise every therapist that I've worked with there has. honestly I was not really sure what craniosacral therapy was before I went but it was exactly what I needed and I'm now a big fan. I suffered this summer with an unusual dental issue that took a few months to pinpoint. It caused a significant amount of facial/neck pain on one side, that became a bit debilitating for reading/work on computer etc., but after one session with Collin, it was like a fog lifted and I could function again. I've had a few sessions since and just feel better and brighter. I can't recommend Collin more highly, with a neuroscience background, he has unique and deep knowledge that he generously shares. I feel like I'm getting a masterclass as well as a caniosacral session and at home tips to work on myself. If you have tmj, face or neck issues, truly do try craniosacral therapy session with Collin, it's wildly effective. Many thanks for your help in getting...
