I’ve been to this location now 7 times in the last three weeks. I’ve had 11 burgers in those 7 days. I can’t get enough.

First of all it’s really easy to order online through Smash that’s website. Great interface.

Next is the greeting. There’s a beautiful human in that truck. He goes by the name of Jered. The smile the discourse and the presentation and delivery of your box of burger genius are just the thing we need more of in this world. Jareds sincere and heartfelt energy, radiates 15 feet out the truck. He’s a treasure adds a certain amount of what I call the secret sauce of customer service. Your burger is a work of love and Jared is the love.

Well here’s this:

As you sink you teeth into the first bite and as your teeth come together gathering up its first sensations, your tongue is meet with the crispy outer edge of the burger that is a perfect 1/2 inch outside the bun drizzled with the ideal amount of secret sauce. The tang combines with the pickles crunch, causing your cheeks to smile and your eyes to close. And in that moment. There ya are. Just you a burger and a perfect moment in time where things are just right.

You will know when you know. It’s as simple as that.

If you know why people like smash style burgers, you'll know what you're looking for, and this place delivers.

Nice and crispy sear on the meat, definitely juicy. Real American cheese. and their house sausce is pretty good. it's kind of like thousand island a little bit but with less mayo and a little spicy. Really compliments the beef well. Speaking of which, they're definitely using a 73% lean blend, which is exactly what you want to get maximum flavor and juicy texture. I could go on, but you get the basics.

The "whole experience" was pretty easy too. You order online. And if you walk up and order when you get they're, food is ready in like 2-3 minutes, so either way is fresh. the guy running it was really friendly and had some good recommendations for what to order. You have to scan the qr code at the window if you didn't already order online but even then it was pretty quick to select and pay. food was ready...

Get food somewhere else, then head to rooftop.

The burgers are good, but why go to a spot where the guy working there is rude and downright awkward?

I ordered two burgers under my partner's name on his website since mine can be complicated for others. Pay with my card and attempt to pick up my burgers. Im standing at the window to check in and he’s just avoiding me behind a closed window (tried to get his attention). His website is flawed and the food was under my name (since I payed with name). Tried telling him but he didn’t care.

My fiancé also tried getting ketchup five minutes later. Wouldn’t open the window (while staring at her and FaceTiming another person) simply because “I don’t know you and you didn’t place an order. Who cares if you don’t know someone dude! You’re a food establishment and in the service industry. Not sure how you’ve permanently established yourself at rooftop but with their friendly atmosphere and your demeanor something...
