For the area i I must admit Starbucks in the areas are the best yeah they are they are the best starting with the Starbucks on 1st Avenue right down the street from their headquarters the group there is just really really good really really a 10 if they have a excellent manager she really tries really hard to give you that real down Hinsdale and I just can't really just say enough about them they got a real standout when it comes to Jackson he really does everything that he possibly can to make sure that your visit and your time there is well spent and you feel good about everything that you have experience with Starbucks but the Starbucks on 4th Avenue there's just not enough words that can be said about the scene enough word that can't be said about the manager Shannon he is just awesome you know they've always been so attentive so cool so awesome so just even-keeled and well-mannered just can't say enough about these guys you guys all deserve better pay better job go further in Starbucks company and hopefully they will Amanda is just the top he's always been a good person to rely on speak with talk with really look forward to seeing her as well as seen the remodel of the store after work has been done it's just phenomenal it is a must stop by for anyone that is visiting Seattle area and to stop in at Starbucks headquarters is just awesome to see the headquarters and to be there in their life restaurant / Starbucks is just amazing things to see and to feel and to eat at there's really nothing left that you know I can say that would be over-the-top these guys are awesome wish the other Starbucks will take some note some idea directions to service care to your customers as these two at 1st Avenue and 4th Avenue do going forward just continue to great work you guys you guys are great team I wish you guys all the best of luck cuz you guys do it...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous. Just got in there before 7:30. Online says they close at 9. So we get off the freeway to find hopefully a somewhat nice bathroom that's safe and away from downtown Seattle since it's getting dark. They've been holding it since north Seattle but we don't want to stop anywhere in Seattle. My kiddos were sick, we have a long drive and the really needed to use the bathroom. We walk in, doors were open and I ask to use the bathroom with my kiddos. Mind you They have at least 3 customers still in there and a lady ordering at the counter when I asked for the bathroom code. They are clearly not closed at that moment. They say"we're about to be closing" literally as they're taking an order at the counter. Then I reply, my kiddos need to throw up can they use the bathroom. Then they reluctantly let my girls use the bathroom. My girls get done and I have one more kiddo that needs to use the bathroom, and they walk us out and say no, cuz they're closed it's like 7:34 or something at this time. Absolutely ridiculous. They're still serving the drive through. It's not like they're going home, they're still there till 9 pm. They can't let a 4 year old use the restroom for like 2 minutes. Then both employees escort us out of the place. I felt like they were treating us like hoodlums or something. I didn't hear them denying the lady ordering that they're closing and she can't order her drink. But they'll tell my 4,7 and 9 year old they can't use the bathroom because they have diarrhea and need to puke. It's not like I'm not a paying customer either. I was planning on ordering food and drinks had they not been closing and so...
Read moreWent through the drive through today to grab breakfast on my way to work. The line was long but that’s fine and expected. My problem was when I got to the window. I had ordered a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich without egg but the sandwich I was given had no egg nor cheese, only sausage, so I requested cheese be added. They made me a new one and I felt bad holding up the line. The gentleman at the window (who was very nice) checked with me THREE separate times confirming I wanted no egg, but yes to cheese. He finally gets the new sandwich, he looks in the bag at it then hands it to me. Because he had looked at it I assumed it was now right and didn’t want to hold up the line any longer so I left. Got to work and realized that the new sandwich I had received had no cheese and an egg. Literally the exact opposite of what I had asked for. And the guy had looked at it before giving it to me!? It feels like that almost had to be done on purpose like come on. So after all that I didn’t get to have my breakfast and just wasted money. One of my coworkers was also in line around the same time as me and her order was also made incorrectly and they had to remake her drink. I understand things get busy and mistakes are made, but to know a mistake was made, go to correct it, confirm the information multiple times, double check the order and still get it wrong is super frustrating and not a good way to...
