If you're looking for some seriously delicious Mexican food, Taqueria Juarez is the place to be! This food truck is a hidden gem that is sure to blow your taste buds away with its authentic and flavorful cuisine. Let's start with the main attraction - the mission style chicken burrito. It's truly a work of art. The tortilla is grilled to perfection and filled to the brim with tender, juicy chicken, flavorful rice, beans, and just the right amount of cheese. The homemade salsa and guacamole on top add a burst of freshness and flavor that ties everything together. It's a filling meal that will satisfy any craving. But it's not just the food that's amazing - the service is top-notch too. The staff at Taqueria Juarez are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. They take the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions based on your preferences. It's clear that they take pride in their food and genuinely care about their customers. Overall, Taqueria Juarez is a must-try for anyone who loves authentic Mexican food. The mission style chicken burrito is a definite highlight, but everything on the menu is worth a try. And with such wonderful service, you're sure to have a great experience every time you visit. Don't miss out on this gem of a food truck - go check it out for yourself!

The food here was pretty good, I honestly have had better chicken quesadillas elsewhere. The asada fries were pretty disappointing as the “asada” was just unseasoned ground beef, no toppings, just cheese, meat, and garlic sauce for $12, they also have to be made to order which takes 15 mins. They also offer no drinks, mind you it is in a gas station parking lot so you can get a drink but it would be nice to have a mexican coke. I probably won’t be back here but its good in a crunch. There is also no seating so you have to eat in your car.

I ordered a pastor burrito which was delicious, the texture was perfect and all the flavors matched. They offer two types of salsa, one with red chili sauce and another with green guacamole sauce. I also ordered some garlic potatoes, which are fries with pastor meat and garlic, and they were delicious. I found this place on Google Maps and thought they had a place to eat or a table, but unfortunately they didn't and we had to eat in the car. It's not the worst, but it would be nice to have some tables for the customers :). The guys who served me were very nice and the order took 5 minutes. Unfortunately, they don't sell drinks, but you can get them at the gas station in front.

The shrimp in the burrito was okay. A lot of cooking oil/grease is included and it had that taste of what people's taste buds would eat after binge drinking to absorb alcohol. Not healthy at all. The contents were rice, beans, shrimp, onion and a small bit of cabbage. I would of liked to have lettuce, pico included perhaps guac. The staff was friendly and the truck was in pretty good shape. There was something dripping that looked like water off the back. I was disappointed since this place had high reviews. I would not recommend eating here...
