Subway — Restaurant in Seattle

Came in to buy a sandwich and had to use the restroom, the employee lied about the restroom being "broken" so I asked which one as there are two. The other employee then grabbed me a key and said either one works. I then come out and realize their footlongs are now 16 bucks plus tax. That paired with being lied too made me absolutely not want to be a customer here and discourage anyone else from going to this establishment. Bad experience from start to finish and another customer was turned away from using the bathroom too but I held the door open for him so he could as he had already bought a meal. Don't come to this joint EVER. The guy that works here on the afternoon/closing shift is totally an AXX and RACIST. It was about 9:00 pm on a Thursday and the store is about to close, I was standing in line and I saw a mid-age women entered the store, followed by a young Asian couple. He did not say anything when the lady came in, but when the Asian dude opened the door literally 3 seconds later, he said the store is closed and she was his last customer of the day. (he didn't go switch the sign or anything so they had no clue and should be served, especially when someone came in right before them got the service) I got so disgusted by this guy's attitude and left right away (myself being an Asian). Your company has missed out on dozens (literally) of purchases from me because the store refuses to accept Subway coupons and app promotions. They never have and during COVID had a sign up that said no longer accept coupons because of COVID to justify it. I will only go here in emergencies and as a resident of the complex that eats out nearly daily, they have missed out and will continue to until the accept coupons and rewards. Their loss, I’d drive to another Subway than give them business....
