We’re do I start. We waited 20 mins to be seated. When we were seated no waiter came over for 25mins. We were about to leave but wanted to give the place the benefit because they were busy. Once I noticed another couple was seated after us they got served before us ingot upset got up and went to the manager to complain. Then after 10 more mins a waiter came over finally. We ordered drinks and the guacamole appetizer. The appetizer came to us before the drinks and then when we finally received our drinks they were terrible. Coconut mojito. Stay far away. They’re not even on the menu but the waiter said they can make it. Very watery. Tasted almost like cleaning products. They got replaced with margaritas. Barely any alcohol and just filled with mixers and juice. Terrible. The food came out. (Tacos) they were just ok. The rice had 0 flavor. Beans were not bad. Unfortunately this is our first impression of the restaurant and we will not be going back. It was just terrible from the start. The worst part was and will keep saying that no one came over to take our order. I had to get up and say something. I don’t get it. Then at the end of the night we get the bill and gratuity was already included.18% A previous response from ownership from someone else’s review stated they charge gratuity for consistently for there staff. This was not consistent at all. I should of definitely had a option giving gratuity and the dollar amount because of my experience and I am a great tipper if the service is good. No we’re close to 5 stars. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place.

Went over for dinner and was impressed with the decor and styling of the restaurant. We got seated quickly as the restaurant was not that busy. When we went to order it felt like we were immediately pushed to order something from the drink menu. Ordered the drinks and it seemed like they were rushing to get us ordered, even though the restaurant had maybe 7 tables seated. Decided to get the table made guac which was perfectly presented and they give you a sample to test which was nice. Didn’t get chips or salsa until ordering the guacamole, also was charged for the chips and salsa (didn’t see on the menu and did not appear to be an option). Proceeded to order our dinner, both of us had tacos which were well portioned. We didn’t want more drinks and when we asked for water, the server asked if we wanted tap water. The comment was off putting and I felt like water should have already been on the table with the drinks being served. I asked to have the remaining guac to go and it seemed like another tactic to add charges to the bill. They asked if we wanted mild, medium or spicy and went to make more, instead of boxing what we had left on the table. The experience started off alright but quickly went downhill for us. They automatically add 18% to the bill, which is noted and we were aware. Food 3 of 5 Drinks 3 of 5 Ambiance 5 of 5 Service 3 of 5

Absolutely amazing gem in Jersey. Let’s start with the exterior. Well landscaped and adorned with horses, tractors and a stage coach. Approach the front entry and you feel like you are waking into a classy joint. I almost turned around thinking I wasn’t dressed appropriately. I peeked in and saw the staff wearing cowboy hats… alright. I was greeted immediately and welcomed in. Hello, welcome it’s happy hour, they said. That makes me happy too, I replied. The interior is clean and adorned with various light, ornate tiles and thick wood slab tables. A wall of tequila bottles separate the bar and main dining area… I sat in the bar to take advantage of the happy hour menu. I’m just a gringo but a taco lover. The chicken tacos are simple but full of flavor, marinated chicken with cilantro, onions with a side of cucumbers, radishes and limes. My only regret was there was only 3… so I ordered another plate. Did I mention happy hour drinks? I was only ½ way done with my first beer when I saw the bartender give me a look. Yes,one more please. The prices are not for the budget minded but what a great place to get away from the outside world and enjoy some good food. My only other regret is I didn’t come more hungry. #illbeback
