I would not choose this company. Poor management and would send you 1 minute before the classe a cancelation with arguments such as the heat of the pool is not ok. (takes minimum 5 hours to heat up... but they wait 1 minute before to let you know. Switch locations one after the other so you have to around, and offer you make up classes (when you select a day, is probably because that is the more convenient). Basically you need to stop working and chase the make up classes on whichever spot and location they might offer. Teachers are totally inconsistent, and lack minimum skills on how to manage kids. Billing works perfect, as always. They always put excuses to not deliver the service for which you selected and paid for. Probably if luck you would have 60% of the classes you paid and the rest would be make up classes which (in my case are impossible to take) so i over paid 40% ($$$$$$ very good business here).
After i cancelled the service clearly stating why, they email the next day asking what happened, and please give a review. Basically they don't even read what you write. Best example of this would be the standard response they will put down here and where they will be saying this is a one time only, when is really a pattern of inconsistent and lack of...
Read moreI had TERRIBLE experience with British Swimming school. Back in 2019, we enrolled in British Swimming school in PS1 location and the school charged the tuitions then canceled six classes due to Pool quality issue. So I was charged for services which were never provided. I was told at the time that they issue me 6 makeup classes that I can use at anytime without additional fee. However when I try to use the make up class, I was told that I have to pay full tution again, and squeeze my kid in additional classes in order to use the "make up class". How will this be make up class if I have to pay full tution? If you charged me for the classes and never provided the service, you should either apply credit on my next tuition, or simply issue a refund. Asking me to pay again and squeeze kid in different locations in order to use the class is totally a scandal. To be worse, I kept calling and emailing the school but issue is never resolved. The lady who answer the call told me It is not allowed to contact the manager directly, she will send a ticket to the manager, but it's not guaranteed I will receive a response, there is no expected timeline when the manager will respond....
Read moreKids in the water for less 7 minutes per class . Been taking my twins for almost more than 8 months . Still cant swim and still in the same level which they were .Same situation with the whole class .Not very happy . Will be taking them out from next month .
New Edit Just an addition to above comment after more than a year . I paid for classes for both the kids in Feb 2020 . Then the lockdown happened . The place was closed almost six seven months . We asked for the money back because we knew that the school will not be open soon again . After number of email simple reply was to wait for classes to reopen to use the money paid .
Once the classes opened , now the trick in the website is that you need to provide credit card details again to register and claim for the old pending classes . They will deduct the money again (over charing happed to me many times which only get settled if you find and claim ) before they settle for old classes and there is no guarantee . So finally after losing 350$ and a lot of time , i give up . The teachers and school were not that bad honestly but there is a lot of monetary...
