This location seriously needs to be closed for a deep clean & remodeling. IMMEDIATELY, it was very obviously dirty. My kids (teenagers) & I were appalled at how dirty everything was. The salt & pepper shakers had a crusted filth on them & were coated with only God knows what. The drink station was not clean, leaks & obvious residue on the soda fountain AND the tea dispensers. The decor is layered with dust & dirt (outdated). A few of the staff uniforms appeared uncleaned. I was mostly taken back by who i was told was the manager. When I saw him, I understood WHY this location is in the state it's in. His 'professional appearance & uniform' co.pletely matched the dismal state of this food establishment. Unacceptable. As a manger, this is a disgrace & a public health hazard to ANYONE who comes here to eat. I brought his attention to everything I observed just walking in from the smell, and the table condiments to the drink station. I explained that I'd pay for our drinks & that my family & I were NOT going to stay to eat. Out of fear of getting ill or worse (hospitalization). I handed the salt shaker to the manger & he immediately threw it under the counter (I presume there was a trash can there?). He respectfully did not charge us for the 4 drinks as we'd only taken a sip from them (it was very warm that day). I'm not sure what has been or is going on there, but the health department/Guadalupe County/ City of Seguin needs to pay a visit & is in dire need of a through health department inspection. Read moreI have bought dozens and dozens of pizzas here but no more. I ordered pizzas online and scheduled to pick them up at 5:00. Got the thank you for ordering email. Arrived at five. Waited in line for over 20 minutes. Overheard them tell the lady in front of me that the system did not put her order on the board so they asked her to move forward while they cooked them. They found the receipt for my order but it did not put it up on the board so they did not make them. They offered to cook them but I had small children at my house waiting for food so I declined. When I got home I decided to have them make the pizzas and have them deliver them. I live about a mile from pizza hut and have seen their delivery vehicle in our neighborhood many times but for some reason we are now out of the delivery area. The person speaking to me the system would not let her enter our address. Maybe it is the system problem they were already having? I asked her if she knows where San Marcos street is and she says she does not live here. Hello. Google the address!! Obviously, they do not care about screwing over repeat customers. Their system glitches cost them several customers that I watched drive off mad while waiting before I got to the window and while waiting to get out of the parking lot. They had a receipt for my order so they had received it. Maybe someone should have started looking through them when they first realized there was a problem. Read moreI’ve had problems with ETHAN before ordering food seems makes him hungry to spark a fight with the customer he likes to rush the customer through the call with his abrupt interruptions or hurry up and get off the phone attitude when I’m trying to make sure he can verify if the address is correct he talks so fast you can’t understand him and when I tried to call back after he hung up on my face his partner in crime clearly wasn’t paying attention when all i asked was for him to check the address he said he couldn’t go back and change anything I said I’m not asking you to I just want you to make sure the address is correct because Ethan rushed me off the phone. I had to explain to this to him 3 times then when i asked for a manager that’s when he asked me for my name so basically Jose lied all he had to do is cancel the order if the address was wrong instead of picking a fight with the customer then after i asked for a manager Jose screamed to the top of his lungs WHATS the name on the order!!!!!I told them to cancel and Ethan calls me back with his full on attitude and over talking me like a child and I canceled the order he still didn’t listen these dudes are the most hateful entitled sorry excuse for employees I’ve ever come across and using the whole oh customers are Karen’s analogy is just a cop out for employees employees can be Karen’s two and these two employees prove it just disrespectful for absolutely no reason sounds like Karen’s to me don’t waste your money Marcos is way better...
