GameStop — Local services in Seguin

Garbage location that I haven’t even entered and yet I need to write a review. I was nearby and called to ask if they had Pokémon cards. The girl didn’t answer the phone the first two times I called, answer the third time basically rush me off the phone and said that they didn’t have anything. I was picking up pizza nearby so I stopped and peeked in and there’s a note on the door that says that they’ll be back in a half an hour. Furthermore, I’m pretty sure I see quite a few packs of cards just from looking outside.. leading me to think that she just lied to me so that she wouldn’t have to deal with me. Today was by far one of the worst customer experience I have had going into this store. I went in on Saturday 9/2/23 between 1:45 to 2:45. The guy working was very condescending and unpleasant. The girl he was working with didn't say one word cause I think she could tell I was not happy from the moment he opened his mouth. I was ready to say a few choice words but I kept my cool, got my item and left, but I will never shop there again if he is working. I love this place it is the best place to get video games you get every game you want will almost every game you can even order through them retro games like for the original Nintendo the Nintendo 64 systems they typically don't have in store but the best part about GameStop or this location anyway has to be the staff they are so polite and nice and friendly and they seem to care about their job I've been to other GameStops that have had staff members that wanted to rush you out the doors quickly as possible this particular location does not do that which I really like plan on...
