Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Seguin

I have been ordering weekly for the last 3 weeks. It will never happen again. I dont care of you are the only delivery near me. I am done. Each order is cold, and/or not correct, and now after 2 hours no delivery. I am completely through. Whoever answers your phones should be fired. 1st call- "I dont know if your order went out or being boxed up, we are short staff, I really couldnt tell ya". 2nd call- Jasper answers stating,"We cant compensate or cancel the order, your pizza went out over 20 minutes ago it should be there. So again I am going to receive a cold pizza, poor customer service, and spending my hard earned money for junk. You have lost me as a customer, I will never order from you all again. Good Bye and I really wish I could give you zero stars. I would post a pic but after 2 1/2 hours, still nothing and no cancellation allowed. My blood is boiling.

Edited: After over 2 hours of wait time, the delivery driver says I have a free pizza the next order. No, I should have received refund on the cold, overcooked, late, and incorrect order (missing toppings yet again) that I received. Keep the free pizza, because its not free, I already paid for it, and I will not be ordering again to receive...

AS I GAVE THE DRIVER WHAT I WAS SOON TO FIND OUT WAS FAR TOO SMALL OF A SUM I ASKED OF HIM WHERE HE HAD PARKED UPON NOTICING HIS VEHICLE WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT AND THIS IS WHEN I LEARNED OF THE TRUTH.

The man did not even call to tell me about the gate being locked.

It is a Fifteen Minute Walk from my front gate to the cabin.

Had he told me, I would have given him the combination beforehand but alas,

The Man Actually Did This:

Upon parking his vehicle to climb over my gate the delivery driver made a half hour long trek to deliver my order.

I will actually not be able to forgive myself until I get a ride to town in order to leave an envelope of denominated content...

After being stuck indoors all week due to the snow and cooking every night I decided to get take out last night and my kids chose pizza. I ordered and paid online and chose the carry out option. I was extremely impressed with the speed in which my pizza's were ready considering it was dinner time on a Friday night after a huge winter storm. I was also extremely impressed with the staff. Their teamwork and customer service was outstanding, they were SLAMMED, with a line almost out the door when I arrived and I still managed to get in and out within a couple of minutes and even recieve an apology for the wait, they were definitely on the ball! Lastly, the quality of our pizza's was perfection, nice and hot and DELICIOUS! All of the employees working last night deserve a round of applause and maybe even a bonus! 😊 The owner of this location should be very proud of it's...
