The food was not bad, but at time of paying the experience was disturbing. I was brought a bill with items that were not ordered by my party, I asked the waiter if I could be brought a bill exactly with the items ordered. The answer in short words was NO, but a person whom I believe to be the owner authorized for him to bring me a correct bill which was what I had asked for. The bill the waiter had brought me at first was $73.96 and the bill he brought after was $72.94 that's a dollar and change difference which he was going to pocket and the money adds up with each customer they service. I was one customer this was done to, if they do it to every customer that's money being pocketed from hard working people. When I let the owner/manager know exactly what he did, he advised it was some type of strategy of service. I was very disappointed to hear his answer, I advised him that just a way of scamming people. I use to work there and I’m very disappointed that the owner Marcos Jaramillo Flores treated me with so much disrespect today that I went to eat there. My intentions were to go and enjoy a meal there with my coworker, we noticed the waitresses didn’t want to attend us and so the owners wife was our waitress for the short 15 minutes we were there. But what's worse is the customer service experience I had recently. Ordered a steak fajita and tacos through drive-thru, when I got home I only got the tacos fully. I called the store, and was told to come back the next day and they would replace my steak fajitas. When I did, the store owner came out and started arguing with me, accusing me of lying, for ten minutes. I told them just to give me a simple refund. He refused to do anything. When I told him I wasn't crazy to lie about $12 fajitas, he offered two tacos. I took them and left. Considering their aggressive attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if he spat in those tacos, so I threw them in a dumpster.
