I stopped this morning at this Wendy's location to get what I thought was going to be a nice hot breakfast!!! I was passed 2 bags through the window. I had ordered 2 #1 breakfast sandwiches and medium fries. So I thought, okay, it was put into 2 separate bags. Well, the guy asked for them back but did not give an explanation as to why. Didn't even give me the chance to make sure my order was correct before leaving the window. I drove just around the building and checked my order, and the bread was extremely cold. I walked over to the door and asked the manager, who refused to give me his name to have my bread reheated because it was cold. Dequan , who was the original employee who took my bag back at the window, rushed over to the door in a very aggressive manner, saying how is your bread cold I just cooked it. I advise him no you didn't it's cold and I would like it reheated.. He became very angry the manager had to hold him back. I then asked for my refund because of unprofessional service. Another lady then came to the door and asked for my card I advise the nameless manager that I would be entering the building with her to make sure she was actually going to refund my card and nothing else. All the while, Dequan and his nameless Manager continued to state that I was too good to grab the food!! If I was too good to grab the food I wouldn't have gone there in the first place!! Also the other bag that they had taken from me was passed the vehicle behind me. They should have remade that customers food. Needless to say these employees are very unprofessional both Dequan and his nameless manager who claimed he tried to de escalate the situation. This nameless manager then stated that nothing will happen to Dequan for his behavior. Corporate has been notified of this despicable behavior. DONâT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND GEHTTO!! IF THEY DID THIS TO ME THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TOO THAT DID NOT SPEAK UP!!!!!    Read moreI've been to a lot of fast food restaurants in my 46 yrs. I have never been treated as rude and hateful as I have tonight at this location by the self-proclaimed manager, Destiny. I would be ashamed to have this lady represent my company. I only got her name right after she "banned me and" told me she would call the authorities to report me for "trespassing" if I returned. The workers alongside her at the window just stood there and refused to answer when I asked her name for reporting reasons. I suspect this was because they're probably scared of this lady as one could logically assume that she is a bully. I had ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger, no bun, with pickles and onions added. After waiting in the long line the first time, I drove back again I told them that my sandwich was missing mayo, pickles, the bacon, and the cheese. I was then handed a container with bacon crumbles, onions, and pickles. Without any sort of "I'm sorry" or simple apology, and despite the looks that seemed to suggest I should leave, I told them I still didn't have any cheese (and showed them my burger).This was when Destiny said to the other workers, "I watched that cheese leave this window!' I wanted to speak with her so that she would know how wrong she was about suggesting that I was a thief trying to steal a piece of cheese. She refused to even talk to me and became completely unglued, threatening to call the cops. If the owners can and do read this, just review the camera and listen to how she shouted no way she talked to me. if you're looking for your business to grow and prosper, good luck with that because I would never return knowing she is...
   Read moreI wanted to drive-thru order but the cars were wrapped around the building so I went inside. One lady was ordering and 3 were waiting for their orders. When the lady finished her order the gentleman(I use this term loosely) asked for my order : 2 chilis 1fry and a 4 piece nuggets. The lady that just placed her order told him she didnt get all her change to which he replied "its all there" she and I found a dime on the counter but she was still missing more...he ignored. There were 3 others waiting to place orders but he stopped to put the orders together (there were at least 4 others working, focused on the drive-thru) First order he handed off came back because they had put cheese on his burger (he was told he didnt say no cheese and he would have to wait) next order he handed off because he had ordered doubles and received singles...he angrily through them in the trash and got the doubles for the customer. Next order was door dash (I can only imagine what they got!) When my order was filled, I watched him bag it without the fries, I asked about the fries and he told me I didn't order fries...I checked the receipt and he hadnt charged me. I asked if I could get fries and he angrily replied he couldnt just give me fries and I would have to wait....I left. Some people should not be working with the public, I know it is a tough job to work fast food, but you need to try a little harder to act like you are a member of the human race! I've never witnessed someone with such a horrible attitude continue to blame everyone but himself for the many mistakes made. I will not...
