Absolutely the most disgusting Hardee’s I have ever stopped at I did the drive through I was at the window. For 25 min I could see the staff inside arguing one lady was smoking her vape. Yes inside. After waiting for 30 min for two bisq gravy’s and a steak bisq. Samantha walks over basically throws the food at me. Said sorry we have no containers. Uhm ok I couldn’t say anything back she had already closed the window walked away. I pull into a parking spot the steak wasn’t even wrapped up it was thrown into the bag. On top of it was one of the bisq gravy in some sort container. And the other in the original container it normal comes in but flip up side down bowl of gravy lid was off it was everywhere. With hair in it. I went back in to ask for a refund. Samantha Was rude as hell I told her two times to watch her attitude idk who hired her how she hasn’t been fired but she most definitely needs to be fired. !!!!!! She has 0 costumer service skills and apparently doesn’t know how to run manage or deal with stress at work This place is a dump as I’m getting my refund I look in the back not one person had gloves on as she is giving me my refund with full attitude in front of other customers she is also doing drive through orders. And rude as hell to the drive three people. People. In the restaurant is watching her lady’s sitting down said omg she is ridiculous she needs to be fired I agree. Read moreHad to wait over 20 minutes for them to get my to go order up to the counter and then they didn't have all of my order in the bag. While waiting for my to go order I saw the drive thru take several items from the line and send them out before making sure that the inside to go order was complete that was there before their drive thru orders were taken. While I was waiting there was several people that came either back to the counter from inside orders or drive thru orders that were missing items from their orders. I believe that to go orders that are placed before drive thru orders should be made correctly and complete before you start losing a lot of business. It's sad that I had a tourist that was waiting for their order as well to ask me if I lived around here and I said yes. They said that they wouldn't be back and didn't see why I came back to a restaurant that was not able to get orders out correctly and in a timely manner. This happened at the Hardee's in front of Tractor Supply and across from Sevier Farmers Coop on Main Street. The date was Sunday March 31st, 2019 between the hours of 1030am and 1100am by the time I finally got my order correctly. Very disappointed with the customer service that I received. Don't know if I would suggest that anyone go to that location or not. I don't think I'll go there again. Looks like I might consider either the Knoxville or Morristown locations for my future purchases. There would need to be a drastic change in the customer service before I would consider trying that...

I replied if it’s a problem then don’t worry about it. She said well I asked you how many and I replied but I already told you 2 and you are rude as hell. She said look I didn’t take your order there’s somebody else with a head set on. Then slammed the drive thru window and yelled “somebody else can come deal with this” the assistant manager came and took my money. As she (not the manager) was getting my drinks and food together she was slamming Everything on the table by the window. Another guy hands me my food and then I have to get back in line because they didn’t give me the cinnamon raisin biscuits.
