We needed a mattress to replace the one in our RV. After hours of research on the internet and countless YouTube videos we were still unsure of which mattress would best meet our expectations on comfort and fit (RV queen short). Having purchased our last mattress “online” (during onset of Covid pandemic) we were hesitant to make another purchase without actually seeing and trying the mattress ourselves. Thankfully we found Mattresses Inc which had RV mattresses in stock and ready to go. We purchased the 10” memory foam, brought it home, unpackaged it, and slept on it that same night.

After having slept on our new mattress the past week, I can honestly say, WE LOVE IT. My wife is now wanting to get the same mattress to replace the one we bought for our guest bedroom (the dreaded Covid mattress) at home.

The best mattress buying experience my husband and I have ever had, and trust me when I say it’s taken a year for us to find a great knowledgeable sales rep and mattress we love. Bill was the most helpful person ever. He had mattress knowledge, never pushy, really cares about the customer want and need. Genuine guy. After visiting several stores and laying on what felt like thousands of mattresses, I went to Mattresses, Inc. in Sevierville. I described what I was looking for and answered a few questions, and Chad directed me to two mattresses. I fell in love with the second one. I got a queen MLily mattress with a cooling top layer. I've had it for a few weeks now, and I regret nothing. I also have to add that the delivery process was amazing. No vague window of when it might arrive. I was told it would be delivered Friday at 1. On Friday at 12:30 I got a phone call saying they were on their way. They were in and out quickly, and made sure everything was set up how I wanted it to be before leaving. Definitely...
