Terrible experience! I was there about an hour ago and was stuck in the drive-thru traffic block for several minutes. The poor guy behind me couldn't order, because I was blocking the speaker. People in front of me would not move for more than 15 minutes!
I ordered the number 1 with NO cheese on the burgers. Normally I check, but I had already wasted too much time sitting in line, waiting. I was running late for work. Sure enough, all burgers had cheese on them! I couldn't even eat them, for the taste of the cheese made me sick. I couldn't take them back, because I had to go to work. Besides, it would have taken me another hour just to give the unwanted cheese burgers back to them, for I would have had to wait in that long line again! I don't think the dining room was open that late anyway. Horrible waste of time!
Plus the iced tea tasted rancid, like it had been sitting in its container without being changed for days. The apple turnover and fries were really tasty and hot. Those were the only two positive things I could say about this horrible experience. Oh, and I did not get any napkins either. The employee running the drive-thru is in over his head. He either needs lots of help, or assigned to tasks that aren't so difficult.
Too bad...the burgers would have been great, if they didn't have cheese on them. Your employees shouldn't give food away like that. Cheese costs money! They need to pay more...
Read moreWorst service ever me and my husband stopped by after a 9 Hour Dr. from Baton Rouge Louisiana. We ordered our food there and sit in the lobby waiting . We heard a bag hit the counter. The lady had threw the bag on the counter so my husband went and picked it up, so at that time I ask for a tray to put the food on so that we could eat it not out of the bag. Obviously there are two people here. There’s two orders everything was piled in one bag. I never opened it because I asked a gentleman for a serving tray he went to get the tray and the lady in the back told him that , we do not use trays so I asked her for a tray and she told me that her manager said that this is the way that they serve their food so I ask for a refund standing at the counter? Finally, the lady came up to do the refund after doing the refund gave me a receipt with the time and date on it only and told me that was my copy. How do you give me a copy of a refund without the amount on it I asked for the receipt several times the lady got an attitude and told me that she had to keep the receipt she could not make me a copy of the receipt or anything so after about 30 minutes of this conversation going back-and-forth. Finally she let me take a picture of the receipt with my phone. And wrote her name down like that’s going to do me some good all in all I will never return. And to think we paid $18 for 1 inch by 1 in crystals with nothing on them these people didn't even have the decency to be like do you want those plain or with absolutely nothing on them absolutely it would be in communication at this point and these people didn't even have the decency to be like you want those plain or without cheese what do you I'm not even going to shame the employees you have because I'm sure you can't get very many at this point but you're not answer your phone and let it go to a voicemail every time for me to correct my order is even sadder it shows you don't care last time I will order there not that y'all care cuz I guess you make enough money not to worry about a year customers that's why you send everything to voicemails to the fixing it while we're in town good luck hope it works out but I don't see you sticking around much longer not...
