Starbucks — Restaurant in Sewickley

I went in mid-afternoon between 3-4, the cafe area was a disaster, food and straw wrappers were all over the floor. The environment was extremely loud between the music and children, as well as it was extremely cold. I approached the order area and i was behind a little girl. The man took her order and my order and both of us went down to the end to wait. I saw no one starting our drinks, I looked over to see all three workers standing around where the pastrys sit and one girl on her phone texting. I went up and asked the man who took our order who was making the drinks and he looked at me as if I hadn’t just ordered 2 minutes ago. The other girl stepped up and made all the drinks while the other continued texting and the man just stood utterly confused. I had to come here to meet a client but I will just continue going to crazy mocha down the street with clients. It’s much bigger, comfortable temperature, no loud music and the girls down there...

We had a really great experience at this Starbucks. We came here for the food truck rally and artists market and stopped in to get a little break from the crowd. It was great because we had a front window seat to watch and listen to the band outside. I got my usual decaf Americano and it was excellent. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would definitely like it here. I can’t recommend this location highly enough. I would definitely come back here for the great service and atmosphere. You certainly will not be disappointed with this wonderful establishment. Stopped by the store this morning, usually tend to bypass this location since it’s cafe only. I was taken care of by Lily, and had such a pleasant experience! She had such a refreshing personality, especially for it being early morning! I originally wanted an iced cherry chai but found out that’s it’s gone now, still Lily was so helpful and recommended the new raspberry foam as a substitute instead and it was delicious ☺️ I had such a delightful experience and the interaction with her really set me up in a good mood before work (which was greatly needed 😂). I have for sure set my sights on coming here...
