Lita's Kitchen — Restaurant in Shakopee

We tried Lita’s Kitchen after learning about it when searching for local restaurants, and noticing the numerous 5 star reviews. We gave Lita’s a try last night and everyone in my family thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My son enjoyed all of his Orange Chicken, my wife now has a place close-by where she can get an excellent Pad Thai, and my daughter and I split the Pho, which was very flavorful and came with several add-ins that we all nicely packaged. We also ordered the Carmel Apple Cinnamon Egg Rolls which were AMAZING. Lita’s didn’t disappoint and we now have a new restaurant close-by that we can frequent, plus it’s a local small business which is a bonus. What added to the experience was talking to Lita when placing the order, as she added insight to the meal and gave me a timeframe in which my order would be ready to pickup. This was great to hear because she had to prepare the meal fresh and upon pickup she also texted a few pictures of the food she prepared which was a very nice touch. I’d strongly encourage giving...

I don't even know where to begin. You know how you find someone who is super talented because they are passionate about what they do? You taste that when you eat the food made here. I heard a bit of her family's history, and how important it is to pass her heritage through to the community and bring people together with her family's recipes. That alone made me incredibly excited to try the food, and once I got home, I was not disappointed.

I ordered the sesame chicken, cream cheese wontons, and my husband ordered fried rice. Everything was so fresh and tasty! The wontons were especially exciting for me because there was actually flavor! They weren't just plain cream cheese and I almost cried. I have been searching for wontons with chives or garlic or SOMETHING other than a slab of cream cheese for so long and I have finally found them!

Lita really thrives on customer service. Especially since I ordered late with a large order.

On this trip, we ordered spring rolls, chicken egg rolls, pork egg rolls, shrimp pad Thai, chicken lo mein, shrimp stir fry, chicken teriyaki sticks, and Thai coffee boba! All of our orders were delicious!

My top favorites were the chicken egg rolls, chicken lo mein, shrimp stir fry, & Thai coffee boba. My boyfriends favorite was her shrimp pad Thai along with what I mentioned.

The amount of food you receive and the mixtures of veggies and meat is so worth your while. Her authentic Thai/Laos cuisine will hit your taste buds with an explosion 💥 !
