Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Shallotte

Last three times have been a horrible experience. Twice the complete order of only two sandwiches were not custom as requested on line. Simple not complex changes were asked for. And both times both sandwiches were horrible.

Third time the sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Drenched in vinegar that the sandwich was so soggy it was sitting in a dripping puddle. The smell of vinegar was very overbearing. When I called to speak with a manager I was told she was not in. I asked who had made my sandwich as I would make sure in the future to ask for someone else. No surprise, I was told she didn't know who made it. So, please take the previous similar reviews to heart, its a lot of money to waste. Since they at the Shallotte store chose not to provide me with customer service I hope corporate has a different approach. Hope this helps one if not many people. Zero stars should...

Great subs but a little pricey.

UPDATE : I go here pretty regularly & I haven't had any real problems until tonight. My husband's was supposed to be a regular but turned out to be only 6 and 1/2 in long. It was also NOT supposed to have ANY jalapenos but he ended up finding 3 in his sub (it's very likely that there were more that my husband just missed). My son & I both ordered the #8 club sub & we both did NOT get bacon on our sandwiches. I tried to call the store twice with approximately 45 minutes in between calls and no one picked up. I'm going to try again in the morning and if no one has picked up I'm going to call corporate. This is definitely an unacceptable meal considering that I spent almost $35 on three sandwiches. No drinks, chips, cookies, brownies etc just the 3 sandwiches cost almost $35 which is very close to becoming...

Waited in line for 30 mins for a cold #8 which it wasnt correct. They forget bacon and ham on it. WHAT! Told them about allegies, onions, and ask lady not to use the same gloves, which she gave us a face. Would love to post a pic of what we ate. Also, order a number 42, in which that was why it was taken so long. Waited on side for 20 mins. When done, it was handed to me without the other ingredients i wanted, to incl famous wine sause. Asked to speak to mgr.it took her 10 mins to see me. She wanted to comp us, but we said no. Wanted them to know about our experience. Restaurant isnt prepared for amount of people's that come into establishment. They lost 10 other couples that came in and walked out.
