I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce through the drive thru. They made me pull over and wait approximately 3-5 minutes in a reserved spot. I received my order and drove home. When I got home I had received a steak bagel with no sauce. I drove back to the restaurant and went inside so they can fix my order. I was the only customer in the building and the girl running the register was on her phone when I walked in and didn’t greet me. I had to announce myself and then explained the problem. She didn’t seem to understand as there was a language barrier. She called over the manager who I explained the problem to and she didn’t seem to understand either due to yet again a language barrier. She took the first sandwich from me and aggressively threw it in a nearby trash can and told me it’d be a minute. I explained to please add extra breakfast sauce at least 3 times. She’s handed me the new sandwich and gave me a “sorry” and that was it. I checked the order and again there was no sauce. Read moreI came here this morning as I usually do before work. I have never encountered a problem before. So I ordered a number 2. They forgot my hashbrown so I went in with my order and receipt. Upon coming in there was no one up front . There are at least three people standing where you get the orders and the hashbrowns. I stand there about 5 minutes still no one acknowledged I was there. So after waiting this long and needing to get to work on time I said hello, still no one looked I said hello again still no one acknowledged I was there so I said it louder and finally some one came over . After getting my hashbrown I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I came out I guess the assumed I was gone and a Caucasian gentleman was sitting there mocking me like hello hello and was making jokes well maybe if you would have acknowledged I was standing there in the first place I would not have to said hello to get service. The manager I assume who was in regular clothes was not saying anything to him she was standing there taking parts of the conversation which is unprofessional. Read moreI just went through the drive-thru for some breakfast items before I go to my training to my second job and I ordered two sausage burritos and a sausage McMuffin and some hot sauce I get to where I need to be because I'm half an hour early I look at my back I'm missing one out of two sausage burritos and I have no hot sauce I have mild sauce this is my first time at this McDonald's and it will be my last time. Once again friendly service good speed everything like that but I go back and explain my situation about the missing sausage burrito no problem and I asked once again for some hot sauce I don't get hot sauce this time again I get mild sauce there is a difference between mild sauce and hot sauce come on McDonald's this is why I do not go to McDonald's y'all it's not doing what you're supposed to be doing. There's a difference between a hot sauce and a mild sauce I don't even like you guys to mild sauce so like I said this is my first and last time I will go to this McDonald's.
