I went through the drive-through and after considerable pain, trying to get the employee on the other end of the speaker to understand what I was asking, I ordered Alfredo lasagna, something I have ordered at Fazoli‘s for a number of years and had no issues receiving. However,, on this particular night, evidently Alfredo lasagna was something that was foreign to the staff. I had to explain to the employee at the drive up window that I wanted lasagna lasagna made with Alfredo sauce, not tomato based sauce. He finally said “oh yes, we can do that for you. “. Good grief! I asked if breadsticks were included in the meal, and the staff said no, so I ordered a side of breadsticks, thinking they had always been included in the past. When I pulled away after receiving my order and looked in the bag, I realized I had received two separate orders of breadsticks. Looking at my receipt, I was charged once for breadsticks,, therefore breadsticks were included in my meal and I did not need to order them separately. I would like to know that my order total came to almost $20 for just a single order of lasagna and an order of breadsticks… No drink. When I got home and dug into what I was expecting to be a delicious meal, I was absolutely disgusted by the taste of my Alfredo sauce. It tasted like it had been sitting around for well over a week! The lasagna noodles were hard and crusty like they hadn’t been cooked through all the way, or had been sitting out in open air and allowed to dry out. The breadsticks were crusty on the ends like they had been sitting out for a long time and were old. Needless to say, I threw the entire meal in the trash I will never again return to Fazoli’s. Not the Fazoli’s. I went to or any other Fazoli’s for that matter. I have determined I have had too many negative experiences there and have given them far too many chances to make...
Read moreFood was excellent and fast as △⃒⃘lways! I would strongly encourage someone from corporate or the people above to reevaluate their choice in employees however. The little dude who took our order was great, wayne was fantastic, however there was an employee there named Mike in an extremely foul mood, clearly taking it out in everyone within a 5 mile radius. here’s a few quotes from mike today.
“WHATS THE NAME ON YOUR ORDER?”- immediately shouted at us as soon as we took two steps in the door.
“Don’t answer the phone, people need to learn how to use the internet”
“Walk away old man” ( this was after Wayne offered to bring us fresh bread sticks, and nearly shoving wayne out of the way. Wayne did NOT push mike and if this comes up any further in conversation please feel free to reach out to me. When Wayne explained that he was bringing us fresh breadsticks he told wayne “that’s not how this works.”
The all around irritation and anger from Mike was really disheartening, from the moment i stepped in the door, to his snide remark about me not having my number on my table, to the faces people around us were making in reference to this man’s attitude, really set the tone for my evening.
I would like a contact point for management or whoever. Mike does not have any place being customer facing if he is this sour 100% of the time.
Wayne was doing everything within his power to make sure everyone was having a great dine in experience, creating conversation, running orders, cleaning tables. Wayne deserves to be treated with respect and I hope someone speaks with Mike in reference to this review.
And to top it all off i didn’t get my fresh round of breadsticks, no matter how hard Wayne tried !! I guess thanks for saving me the calories but dang if i don’t go to fazolis to stuff my sad sorry face with 4 breadsticks...
Read moreYikes. Online order went really bad. Haven’t had fazolis in 10+ years. Gave it a shot. Will NEVER again, especially this location. Mobile order sat and sat with no one checking to see if anyone sitting in the lobby was waiting for it. Go to check the orders to see if it could perhaps be said persons order. It is. Employee of the year that works there stated, “it’s a good thing you have a microwave”
The food was cold. Not only cold, but inedible even if it were in fact warm. Ordered the special, dozen breadsticks with a dipping sauce. No dipping sauce could be included. The sauce is seasoned ketchup. The lasagna tasted like school glue. Obviously not expecting a 5 star meal from a drive thru restaurant but this was just a whole other level. The breadsticks appeared as though someone sat on them.
All of the food quality aside, it was the lovely employee that really put it over the top. Calling to the store and the manager, Heather, made sure to tell me the situation was “handled” which means they laughed about her ignorant remark and further explains her current career position. Requesting a refund deemed to be a taxing request from Heather who made sure to let out a huge sigh before letting me know it would take a number of business days, as though that may deter me for wanting my money back for a horrible customer service experience as well as that poor excuse for prison food.
Save your money. I’m sure the McDonald’s next door could provide better service and somewhat more...
