I've been frequenting this Starbucks location for about a year and a half and at this point, yeah, the coffee is coffee, it wakes me up in the morning, and that's fine. The staff here is for real the best ever and that's the only reason I'm here, is to talk about them. At least three of them know me by name now, they say hi every morning (please don't judge me, I did say "every morning",) and I honestly adore all of them. They're all so kind and they really have care with everything they put on that bar every day. In all the coffees I've walked out the door with, they've never been wrong nor have they ever been made to my dissatisfaction. When I go to other locations and get coffee there, it's just not the same. Special shoutout to Michael, whom I'm pretty sure has not only made at least 75% of the coffee I've purchased in the calendar year, but has also been the first "Morning, Jamye!" Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE…I don’t know if it’s new management or what but I used to come here all the time and recently they make my drink wrong EVERY time and it’s literally an iced caramel latte with an extra shot… many times they have forgotten the extra shot still charged me for it and gave me an extra shot in another cup and told me to put it myself instead of listening to my order correctly and wasting my time. Many times they have given me a Carmel macchiato instead of a latte then tried to ARGUE with me and give me dirty looks and tell me that’s my drink because they don’t know the difference between a latte and macchiato. Not to mention that they have been careless as the drinks lids were not tightly secured many times and once the employee spilled all the drink outside my car I literally had to get a car wash to fix it and I wasted money on that. This is ridiculous. Employees here need to LEARN the drinks they are making, listen carefully to orders, and SECURE the lids on drinks. I should not have to go...

While scanning my phone I accidentally turned it off and she just walked away without saying anything. Through out the whole payment process she was dismissive and talking to other coworkers instead of taking my payment. She started taking my payment again when she stopped midway and held her finger up at me and started taking another order through the headset.
